So I ordered and realised I had signed up to a monthly subscription
I read the reviews saying it’s hard to cancel so I contacted dewty and they responded immediately cancelled my subscription saying I could start it up at anytime also suspend subscription up to midnight the day before order is prepared
If i like the product when I receive it I will not hesitate to activate subscription

Great customer service.
Benefits seen in my skin after only 2 weeks.
'New' hair growing in noticeably after 4 weeks.
Would definitely recommend, unless you aren't a fan of peach flavour.

I really like the product and enjoy using it - great taste, skin looks better (although I have made other changes too, so who knows).

However, I am thinking of cancelling just because it is impossible to manage the subscription online. Lots of other subscription services give you this flexibility - allowing you to quickly and easily skip/change the date of a delivery online, or temporarily pause the subscription, to fit it around your life.

With a few hectic life events and holidays I couldn't keep up with taking it every day for a few weeks, and now have product piling up. If I could simply and easily (myself, online, without having to phone/email anyone!) just skip the order for a couple of months while I catch up, I would definitely keep the subscription. But it just isn't viable to stick with a subscription that provides no flexibility... shame.

I absolutely love Dewty. I honestly feel like it’s made my skin clearer and fresher. It’s tasted great and I highly recommend it. I’ve takes lots of different collagen products, some have made me bloated but this is a great all rounder and 100% my favourite.

I’ve been taking this for over 2 years now. At 56 next month, I highly recommend it. I’ve noticed a significant change in the elasticity of my skin alongside a healthy glow.

Added bonus, it also tastes great too.

Love this product. Feel like it has transformed my skin. Had lots of compliments and referred friends. One said she wouldn’t change now, so it’s been a hit with her too.

What is up with dewty? They don't respond to emails. Cancelled my subscription in December and what a surprise.. I have just been charged and order sent. Thank God my bank returned the money to me and they will be taking the claim up with dewty. Gave my proof that I cancelled with the December 2024 date shown. Awful service. We shouldn't have to email to cancel subscriptions. There should be a cancel subscription button end of.

I strongly advise against purchasing from Dewty Beauty. Their business practices are misleading and designed to trap customers in a subscription they make difficult to cancel. I requested to cancel my order before it was dispatched, which they initially acknowledged as an option, yet they still went ahead and shipped it. When I followed up, they refused to take responsibility, hiding behind their “own policies” rather than adhering to UK consumer protection laws for online purchases.

On top of that, their customer service is aggressive, dismissive, and unhelpful. Instead of resolving issues fairly, they double down on their rigid policies, making refunds and cancellations nearly impossible. Their refusal to accept returns for unopened products—even when the mistake is on their end—is simply bad practice.

To make matters worse, their collagen product is below average, not worth the hassle or the price. There are far better alternatives from brands that actually respect their customers.

Save yourself the frustration—avoid Dewty Beauty at all costs.

I'm pleased with my skin. I have natural lines, but feel this helps maintain the condition of my skin. Good customer service - subscription always arrives in time.

Well I really didn't expect this to do anything
I have now been having it for a month it definitely as made my skin clear and fine lines have disappeared
But I have stopped aching as much as I used to
So yes will carry on I love it

Good product but the customer service isn't great. You can't manage your subscription yourself through your account, only by contacting customer services. They email you 3 days before renewal to say you can pause or cancel and to let them know by 4pm the day before, but my order was processed only 2 days after receiving that email. When I contacted them to cancel (a few hours after the order email) and ask for a refund, they said it was already shipped. They said I could refuse delivery - which I can't do because it's sent regular post so you don't need to sign for it, they just pop it through your letterbox - and it would go back for a refund. Not a great experience and I'm thinking about cancelling my subscription.

hard to access account on website and you can only unsubscribe by emailing customer services, youve taken my money so please just make it easy to end subscription

Very poor customer service. I cancelled my subscription as I could not take the supplements and I received a reply so I know that it was received. I then found that the subscription was taken again and they had sent ANOTHER months worth of product that I had already told them I could not take. When I emailed them about this there was no explanation or apology and they expect me to take the time and to pay for return of the product before they issue a refund!
