Waste of money - did virtually nothing.

Company went belly-up... I still have my units but am unable to use them because the app (required) is no longer available at the Apple Store. So I have two very new paperweights. Lovely (not).

Well I feel like I wasted money on this device. Since I can not order cleaning pods. The website does not exist anymore. The device works fine but no cleaning pods

They took my money and provided nothing in return. The company doesn't answer any calls or return emails. They are a complete scam. So unfortunate that I fell for it.

I'm so late. I ordered back in the end of 2020. I was so excited that I joined their private shine bathroom Facebook group. In February 2021 I started questioning the company. Their new customer service guy had a profile that said he had been with the company as long as the other employees. Alot of things they were saying didn't add up. I was booted from the group for asking those questions. I tried to tell people in the group but no one listened. Thankfully I got my money back. I feel bad for all the people who lost their money.

I purchased mine over a year ago and have never received anything and now have no recourse to get my money back from these thieves. I can only hope they get back what they give.

I purchased 4. I could only get one to work and never received replies from my multiple attempts to reach them via app, email, etc. I would urge anyone thinking about purchasing to STOP and spend your $$ (and time) elsewhere!

I ordered mine last September and never received it and never got a refund. Now they are bankrupt, I should get my money back.

I bought two units! I was sooo excited about the idea of never having to clean my toilet again. Neither unit worked. I spent hours trying to make the first unit work. I called the company. They weren't helpful. I emailed them that I was returning the units and expected a refund. I returned the units. I never got a refund. I never heard anything from the company.

this company is the worst. no way to order more pods, no support, no website - THE WORST. Feel like I got duped when I was actually trying to do good by the environment!

Took 150 dollars from me and never recieved the product after years of waiting.

The company sent email last fall saying I was in the next production group. I never received my product. The took my $$.
Anyone know if we can get the money back?

Scam. Took my payment after months of waiting to hear they were finally available all info suddenly disappeared.

I bought 2 Shine Bathroom Assistants and after about 6 months one of them started to leak all the way around the water bowl base and building up a calcium deposit about half an inch out. Not much longer after that the battery eventually stopped accepting a charge and now it’s completely worthless and won’t work. Now my 2nd Shine Assistant won’t spray at all. I’ve reached out to customer service via email 3 times and messenger because you can’t call them due to them being so busy they can’t answer and never get an actual person to reply. They send me links to troubleshoot problems that don’t help me. I also pay a subscription fee to order unlimited cleaning pods but they have removed the option to order more pods for several months now, preventing me from being able to use the Shine Assistants even if they were working. I’m very unhappy with customer service and products lasting such little time.

This company is a SCAM never got the product they don't answer the phone or call back! Don't lose your money as I did. I have a complaint with the BBB

I purchased 3 units in their first offering, it took months to get and only 1 worked. What a waste of money.

I bought one last year and never received it ..no response on multiple emails to them. They took my money knowing it was a scam if they did file bankruptcy we should of been notified as customers shouldn’t we ?

Given that you haven’t sent cleaning pods, despite multiple requests, since December, or maybe early January, I’m not very happy at all. I liked the product, it did a good job keeping my toilets clean (well water, very hard water). But of no use if I can’t get the pods.

Whats to review they went out of business!!!

You’re in bankruptcy but, you took my money and the product doesn’t work!!!

The email we are all getting is a bot no one is at this company. If anyone has a working unit and needs pods I’ve got some in a box x doing me zero good since my unit doesn’t work anyway. Find me on Facebook and DM me.
