Initially extremely good service was received. However there was a little bit of confusion when it got to the document transfer part of the application. This did delay the approval and finds by one day but not a big deal.
Erik was excellent with his customer service and product knowledge.

Helpful advice and options! All staff are incredibly easy to deal with and are solution based (rather than being problem finders). We had funds approved within 24 hours! Simple application process made this company great to work with!
