Reading your responses to customer concerns was very encouraging. Shelter Logic cares enough to pay attention to what consumers say. And my phone order was handled beautifully; I was able to get a special door for the shed, as well as answers to all my questions.

The customer service rep (Alexa Reynolds) was absolutely one of the most helpful and responsive reps I’ve ever dealt with! My issue was handled swiftly and to my satisfaction. The mark of a good corporation is the after sale support - that’s where the difference comes in compared to other organizations. I will not hesitate to recommend ShelterLogic to anyone.

This may be a little long winded but I've had a couple of great experiences with Shelter Logic, my most recent involved a gazebo cover I bought last winter so I could leave my outdoor furniture stored in the gazebo. I noticed after the winter that one of the provided ties had torn the eyelet and a part of the cover. Emailed Shelter Login on a Wednesday morning, received a reply requesting a photo and copy of the invoice Wednesday afternoon, responded immediately and woke up Thursday morning to a response saying my replacement cover had been shipped!!!! Amazing service and great communications. To add to that, when I bought the gazebo, I bought it from Facebook marketplace as "new in the box" but as I learned as I went to assemble it that parts were missing, my fault for not being more thorough. I compiled an inventory and sent it to Shelter Logic for a quote and explained my story, they offered me 10% off the replacement parts and they were at my door within days. Great company to deal with.

I Purchased your product back in 2019 and have on occasions been buying parts for my outdoor shelter as needed.
This time around I reached by phone and Kim happened to answer the call. Dealing with her has been such a breath of fresh air. Always returning my calls in a timely fashion. We then started corresponding by email which as everyone knows can be frustrating. But Kim was just as helpful with that form of communication as well.
I might also say that she was courteous, very knowledgable and went out of her way to ensure that I received exactly what I was looking for.

So the winter was rough, and one storm destroyed my soft top gazebo over my hot tub. I contacted support, and spoke with Lynn. After going back and forth describing the damage, sharing pictures, and identifying just how much of it was broken, we decided it would be better over the long run, and more cost effective, to simply replace the gazebo. Lynn helped me choose a replacement with a metal roof, then had it shipped to me in record time. As I was getting ready to assemble it, we communicated about accessories (like curtains, the unit came only with screens, and we want privacy for our hot tub). During assembly I had several questions. Lynn was very responsive, quick to respond and was very clear, directing me to videos and answering my questions.
This is now my fifth purchase from Shelterlogic, and I am a very happy customer!

Bought a ShelterLogic Auto Shelter Waterproof Instant Car Garage and in March with just 6 in. of snow that will not slide off because of a design problem the snow accumulated and when it slip off it torn the side of the shelter! and the framed bent all the posts! This is ridiculous! Went too web for a warranty but got a nice no because there is no warranty! So think about that before you but that nice piece of Shilter!

I bought a Shelter logic replacement cover for a 12 year old model I had, the old one lasted 12 years no problem. The replacement cover I bought was made in China and they must have cheapen out on the material's as the new one is done after 2.5 years . I contacted the company and here is there response.
" I'm sorry, this is not a defect. You purchased a temporary Shelter that has a life span on average of 1-3 years depending on the weather, location of your shelter and other factors

I bought model 62817. It sat in garage for over 5 months in original packaging before I was able to set it up! 12 x 24 instant garage! It only lasted 7 months before the top split completely down the middle! It had several little pinholes all around the top....like you stuck a glowing nail thru it! Never saw anywhere about a 1 year warranty when I purchased it! Starts the day you buy it! A new top is 479 bucks! 200 more buys a whole new building! Junk junk junk. Very poor quality. Warranty is also worthless]! 700 dollar piece of trash! Don't ever buy one!

Size: 13' x 28' x 10' We bought the 90243 in September 2022 and assembled it right after delivery. This summer we noticed the top was starting to wear thin in many spots, today the top has actual holes. I thought surely it must be under warranty, especially when Shelter logic’s Website says this product Is not a just a simple tarp. We live on Vancouver Island hardly ever get any snow The odd wind storm, but nothing has ever punctured it. So I was literally quite shocked to see that the sun had eaten through. I found my receipt and called shelter logic only to find out that this product has a limited two year warranty. We have a small little boat with a simple tarp bought from Canadian tire that’s a darker colour and we’ve had that tarp on that little boat for 10 years now and it is still good as new. I think we paid 30 bucks for the tarp. we paid $1700 taxes in and I was told, a replacement cover in the “ heavy duty series” with limited depreciating 10 year warranty would cost $2000 with taxes. Complete waste of time and money. Once again it’s buyer beware, make sure you do your homework read all the reviews you can find.

I ordered a 16' wide, 16' tall, by 36' long RV canopy. When I got the cross pieces together, they measured 14' wide. I was told by customer service to just "pull them apart" to make it 16'. Even the "instructions" said it was 14' wide. I finally got it put together, and it's 14' wide. "Pulling (the pieces) apart" made it so the fabric wouldn't fit. It was very difficult to get all the holes to line up, difficult to get the covers on and in place, and telling me to just "stretch the ribs apart" is just asinine. Also, the "instructions" were not very helpful either. Just pictures, no words? Some explanations would have been very helpful. Lastly, I didn't get all the pieces needed to finish it, so I was delayed by another 10 days waiting for them to arrive.
So, now I'm stuck with the wrong sized canopy that's finally up, it took me 3 times as long to get it up, I spent a small fortune getting a crew to help me with it, and I'm not really sure about the quality of the materials or engineering of it. To say I'm very frustrated would be an understatement!
9 months after I finally got it up, the canopy fabric is leaking! It has been raining (not a downpour or anything), and I went out to work in the canopy. Everything was soaked! The ground, my truck, all my tools, my electronics, the outlets and lights I installed, everything! After all the trouble and hassle I had just getting it put up in the first place, and now this! I have no idea what I’m going to do now, besides put a tarp over as much as I can. I spent thousands of dollars for this! I’m just really mad now!
This was a horrible experience, from beginning until now, and I certainly DO NOT recommend this product, or company, to anyone!

Bought the ShelterLogic - ShelterTube 12x20x11 Garage in 2021. Was attracted by 2" square-tube framing, plus the Wind & Snow load rating (80MPH/43PSF). The frame has been true to its marketing - very solid, no rust, anchors well. The 9oz Poly cover is a joke. It became brittle/frayed within 24 months and was destroyed by 50mph gusts just after the 3yr warranty period. Be warned that a replacement cover can cost as much as the new kit ( that includes the frame). ShelterLogic is slow to respond and requires 3-4wks to manufacture replacements, leaving my garage contents exposed. Will not buy again.

Can't reply to Shelter Logic which replied to my post, so starting a new one. We filed a warranty claim. The message back was that it will cost us over $800 to get our second ripped tent replaced. It cost us several hundred dollars to hire workers to help up put this tent up, so for over $1000 is isn't worth getting a third tent to have it rip apart again in a short time. Then there is the mold that developed inside the tent that we had to have sprayed to kill it and the incorrect opening measurements that make placing our trailer inside very stressful. The bottom line is that we can't every recommend your product. We ae going to offer it for free to anyone who wants to take it down and take it. We are done.

I bought two 20x20x7 carports with soft side enclosures. Everything went fine with the first one but there was shipping damage to the second carport. Two roof panels were destroyed. I called ShelterLogic expecting to have a hard time with a claim but to my delight I was pleasantly surprised when I was helped by Laura B. She was super knowledgeable. She listened to my situation and without hesitation she ordered me 2 new panels at no cost. They were here within 2 days so I thought. I opened the package only to find one panel. One was missing even though the shipping order said 2 were shipped. I called Laura B back at her direct # and she answered saying my name. I was again taken a back buy her professionalism & understanding. She immediately ordered me the still missing panel. This was by far the absolute best customer service experience I have ever had in all of my 61 years on earth. This woman deserves a raise or at least some high praised recognition for her dedication. Put up a large coverall 14 months ago and ripped from front to back the material was poor quality after one year in southern Ontario elements no replacement cover available in better quality tarp as outta stock would give us 20 percent off cost of replacement but shipping and taxes extra. Got a tarp made to order at 400 dollars less
