Easily the best heating company I have ever dealt with. Prompt initial visit, competitive quote, simple ordering system then when work starts they turned up on time on the day, put protection matting on the floors, did exactly what was quoted (and sorted a small leak at no extra charge).

This company is fab. I needed help to quickly deal with a heating problem and Rob sent two lovely men round within a couple of hours of my phone call to him. From first contact, the communication and reliability was excellent and remained excellent throughout. When viewing my requirements to supply a quote, honest appraisal of what was possible was provided. Items sourced for completion of the work were to my specification and supplied for final approval before fitting.
The staff who attended to do the job arrived as per the timescale advised in the excellent pre fitting contract information. They were courteous, knowledgeable, professional, thorough, considerate and tidy. They communicated the process and timescales for completion at regular intervals.
Customer service has been exemplary and the costs for the work were as quoted and more than fair. I have made Shelter-Adams my company of choice and can't recommend them highly enough.
