Customer service to the rescue!
The experience was fantastic. I received the labels in a timely fashion. When I called customer service with a question about how to print on the labels, customer service representative Terri Kingley was EXTREMELY HELPFUL! Within a matter of minutes she sent me the correct template that I needed ...SL523 landscape.

Horrible service and product!
I placed an order at the end of 2019, I expected some delays, but not this. Absolutely horrific. I placed three orders all on the same day with 4 day turn arounds. The first order had a 6 day turn around and arrived to my home, unfortunately half the labels were misprinted (missing ink, damaged) and unuseable. The others are now at a 14 day turn around. Although the company has stated they have been shipped, they have only printed labels, USPS has yet to receive the items. So for a simple order I am now sitting at over three weeks of wait time. No apologies, no definite answers, just 'its on its way', not even an email to tell me it would be delayed. And I'm still waiting for the one order I did recieve to be fixed. Horrendous customer service, horrendous product- will never use again and I suggest you do the same- if you need a printer UPrinting takes care of business!

Not a flawless experience but I will purchase again...
I will be a returning customer because I am pleased with the customer service provided. I had an issue with my first print where I was not happy with the resolution of the actual print. The company provided a reprint for me after I provided them a higher resolution file and they did not charge me for the reprint. I appreciate the concern they showed my dissatisfaction the first time around and resolving it to my satisfaction.

The customer service was great
The customer service was great, they worked with us on our custom label order. The proof approval process was so quick and easy. It was the actual labels that didn't come out true to color that was my only issue. It was like their printer used too much blue.
