I placed an order and paid for it as usual. However, the item was out of stock and because I was unable to return a phone call, the order has just sat in a "hold" situation for a week. Now, the order is going to take another possible 2 weeks to ship. The customer support rep was not really helpful and was not apologetic that my order has been sitting still.

I love you all for making sure that I have received orders on time especially after the holiday rush and also for an event that I hosted shortly after. Your customer service was amazing each time and both ladies were very adamant about making sure I received my labels in time! Wonderful please keep up your excellent services. Would prefer of they didnt ship with ups or gave customer the option to choose carriers on the website. As well as to pay custom fees all at once. My package finally arrived days after it was said to reach. The quality of the material and the price of it compared to its competitors make up for the shipping. So i would recommend them but just order way ahead of any deadline .

We purchase water resistant labels that have the glue that does not leave a residue. They are the best we have ever used. Great product, good prices, fast shipping. What more could ask for?
