I ordered a marble table and four plush pink cheshire chairs ! They are lush ! I absolutely adore the whole set and dont regret buying from them. I only had instagram as a guide couldnt test sit in the chairs but i wadnt sorry so comfortable! Had to return one chair rectified the problem . They were really good i was impressed! Theyre in manchester im in devon brilliant lads / geezers lovely on delivery and dealing with by phone. My dining set is amazing drooled over the sets until i could afford one ! LOVE IT !!! Lush perfect and the marble is excellent 👍🏻 🩷

First of all,their customer service was very disappointing .I ordered a marble dining table and chairs 38 days ago but unfortunately they did not deliver within 28 days as promised on their web site.unfortunately they did not communicate at all within 38 days.when I was contacted with them, they told me that the dining table I had ordered now it can't be given and the chair I ordered also can't be given.


So I forced myself to reorder from what they had in stock.Here to inform you all that,their customer service was very disappointing that they never apologised or showed any kind of courtesy. The marble dining table and chairs were of very average quality, which you can easily buy from other online shops at the same price within a short period of time.

So please consider all these aspects before buying.I do not recommend Shawcross for shopping.

Delivery is 2 weeks overdue and I’m still waiting…. No communication/update from them I had to contact repeatedly just to get an update. Am so disappointed, I will give an update about the actual product that is if it actually gets delivered next week as they promised

They sent the wrong marble top on first delivery. Then they missed to deliver the washer and anti-slide pad. I had to buy tge wssher to fix the table frame and they promised to send the pads with sevond delivery and they failed. Also the owner initially told me he would look into how he can compensate for the inconvenience but later he denied.

Order placed & received confirmation straight away regarding delivery. Goods were delivered as advised & completely delighted with my purchase, will defo use Shawcross again, especially with free delivery, was a great perk. 👍🏼

So happy with my purchase from shawcross absolutely stunning table and the delivery was amazing nothing to much trouble for the 2 gentleman that delivered it for me they even tidied up after themselves thanx to mark and spencer great customer service .i will definitely buy again from this company

Product quality is very good ,I ordered marble dining table, and very happy with it . Customer service is excellent.Only issue is delivery, should deliver when individual Prefers. Over all everything is good ,

A great furniture company I ordered the wrong thing and they were so obliging getting it collected and refunded. Quick delivery and helpful after sales. Highly recommend.

I bought the Louis dinning table and chairs. The quality is very very poor. Beware . The chairs are not comfortable and dig into your bottom. The marble table is a huge disappointment . It gets badly scratched if you use it.I put table mats and all but it just gets scratches. I called them about it and they said they put a lacquer paint on it to protect the marble. They said they have never had any complaints of scratches on their marble tables ??? . I have another marble table (bought from a different shop) which is more used and I have had for years but it has no scratches. I will never buy from Shaw Cross as I have now resorted to covering the marble table with a table clothe. It’s very very disappointing paying so much money for a marble table you keep covered.

The chairs were superb. I ordered just before Xmas and they guaranteed I would receive them in time for same.
Correct they kept their word. Legs had to be attached on arrival but this was straightforward. I would definitely purchase from Shawcross again
