Helpful knowlegable company

Helpful knowlegable company, where previous reviews praised Sharrocks in the event of a claim (most Insurance companies' reviews seem confined to customers' experiences of buying their policy, hardly a good-enough test of what really matters in the end), Maddie's assistance in choosing the right policy for me was excellent

Poor Service...

Once I had paid for my insurance they had to contact myself again as they were unable to find the addresses of the property's that I had insuranced with them. ( they sent myself out the quotes for the addresses of the propertys)

Weeks later I am still waiting for my insurance documents.

My advice is find a different company.

We have tried to call you to discuss, but have been unable to reach you so far.

It is necessary, at times, for further calls to be made to a client to ensure the information on policies is as accurate as possible. We, as a broker, are acting on behalf of both the clients and insurers and it’s important these checks are made and standards are upheld.

We are sorry one set of your documents were delayed, this was a human error and we do apologise for any inconvenience caused.
