lovely staff to deal with

Had some complex queries around the rental of three different properties that needed insuring as AirBnB to professional lets.

Sheena was quick to respond to emails and called me back straight away when asked. I did have some inital queries and she went away and spoke to the insurer to confirm the levle of cover and came back to me in minutes.

Very straightforward process and competitive price.

No problem renewing

All staff are helpful. They help above & beyond. Highly recommend for all your insurance needs.

We needed to renew the insurance on a house that we operate as an AirBnB. The price from our existing insurer seemed a little high, so we shopped around and identified Sharrocks as a possibility. They were able to provide us with a quote from a well respected company at about 75% of the renewal premium and the level of cover is, if anything, slightly better. They were responsive and helpful.

It is, of course, the case that the real critical factor is how they treat you when things go wrong, and we have not tested them in that respect.

It was easy but the lady used a headset and it was very difficult to understand her and I could hear all the office background noise. Most off-putting. But the actual payment process was flawless
