Not often you contact a company support line and are able to get through after a couple of rings, get directly to a person and have the issue that you were having difficulty with resolved quickly, efficiently and by a pleasant operative. Keep it up

I have been happily using ShareScope Gold for many years getting just what I needed to manage and value my portfolios, but had a problem moving it all to a new PC. After many failed attempts I contacted Customer Support who were able to complete the transfer very quickly.

Swift and thorough response to recent enquiry after I encountered problems opening Sharescope.
I followed the step-by-step advice provided and I was up and running again in no time.
I don’t often need to ask for help but, when I do, it is good to know that help is readily available.

A speedy response to my questions and whilst the initial contact did not fully answer my query, we kept looking at the issue until it had been resolved in a way that worked well.

I recently switched to SharePad after a one-month free trial offer, and I'm thrilled I did! The data and news alerts are noticeably more accurate and up-to-date compared to my previous platform.

SharePad's customer service is fantastic. They answer questions almost instantly, and you can easily reach them by email, WhatsApp, or phone. No matter the issue, they've always been able to help.

There is a bit of a learning curve if you're used to other popular investment tools. However, SharePad offers excellent support to ease the transition. Their team is happy to help directly, or you can learn via their informative YouTube channel.

SharePad also offers flexible pricing with both monthly and annual subscriptions available. Overall, a great experience!

My learning curve has been incredible.
This is due to the first-class support available by phone and email.
The half-hour support tops this support, which can be requested and booked unlimitedly.
I will be using this inclusive service to get used to all the features this package provides.

People that answer the telephone (not chatbots), and deal with queries in person. Reliable product and high quality data. Does what it says on the tin.
