Resolved my problem so far as I can tell.

Great product and also great support, I had a query about adding a fund to one of my portfolios and support picked up the phone in person and sorted it.

I had a 1:1 tuition session on SharePad and found it extremely useful. My tutor Gabriel Akinsanya was very polite, understanding and knowledgeable. He shared some tips with me and pointed me towards further supporting resources. I cant fault it.

Paul was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He patiently sorted out my portfolio issues and shared his valuable knowledge on SharePad as how can be used for finding the right stocks based on my long term view of holding. While the session was only for 30 mins, he spent more than an hour to make sure I was fully satisfied. Thanks Paul and hope to have our next session at some time soon.

Peter quickly identified what was required to reduce storage used by my Sharescope
He suggested I consider using SharePad but I am loath to do so incase some of the date I hold on Sharescope is not transferred to SharePad.
Also I do not want to have to relearn how the new system operates! Many thanks. RT

I find the staff on the helpline at Sharescope are always polite and helpful and open to suggestions on possible improvements. If they don't know the answer they will always check and get back to me promptly.

Sharepad is a really powerful set of tools, with L2 and many other features it gives me answers all my questions and ideas through filtering and portfolio construction.

Very good bespoke support. Received my live training session today. Also a great product for comparing and filtering stocks, etfs etc

Once again had to contact Peter at SharePad as lost my homepage and columns

Great training session today from Sharepad . Really useful. It's a great product.

The guys were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The bonus was that they showed me so many shortcuts that I had never found.

I'm a long term subscriber to their excellent software. Had to contact the helpdesk regarding a problem which was resolved quickly and efficiently.

Moved from Sharescope to Sharepad after 5 years or so - I like that its only 15min delay on prices and all the extensive features, even though I really dont need such a sophisticated system. (I use about 1/10th of the features probably) - but its brilliant at what I want to do, ie select shares to buy, when to sell, when to take profit and monitoring. Its easy to select the specific shares I want to look at and the help system is excellent. I gain the price of buying the software easily by being able to select the right shares at the right time & selling them before they go down....(mostly)!! (Have been privately investing for over 50 years !)
