ShapeIn has been great. They quickly respond to any concern one may have. The product arrives in a very timely fashion. I’m new to Tirzepatide but I think it is doing its job. I had previously been on semaglutide. I just had a consultation with their nutritionist who will send me a personalized eating plan. This is a great, trustworthy company. Solomon and Dr Munoz are very good resources.

Everyone I've dealt with through this company has been professional, courteous and helpful along my weight loss journey. For awhile I was going through another company, I won't name names, they were okay, but my experience with this company far surpasses the other one. They have been diligent about checking on me to see if there's anything I need help with. And I've never had a late shipment. I have no complaints!

FedEx did not deliver my package due to incomplete address. ShapeIn stepped up and confirmed they had given the correct address. When the carrier would not respond, they sent me another order overnight, which was fantastic! Thank you shape in you rock!
