Craig at Ruled.Me is my major source for keto recipes. There's an enormous variety to choose from, with reliable recipes, as well as tips about the keto diet in general. An essential resource for those dedicated to this diet.

The recipes are so user-friendly and keto appropriate. Sometimes I've found that "Keto" recipes add ingredients that are hard to get, expensive, or rarely used. These recipes always use whole food and create delicious meals. I really appreciate that.

Receiving the emails from this site is a delight. Every recipe looks delicious, doable, downloadable, and printable, which is this keto eater’s dream. I find myself using these recipes constantly. Today’s batch looks the most practical yet.

Ruled.me consistently shares not only amazing recipes, but invaluable guides and tips & tricks. Whether on a weight loss journey, looking to maintain, or just seeking great recipes or guidance - the content is solid.

I started seven years (I think more!)with Ruled.me having retired from a really tense job and being a good 35 lbs overweight. Being in my sixties made it hard to lose a pound and all effort just added more weight. I tried Ruled.me mainly because I enjoyed the recipes- in fact enjoyed some like “macaroni” and cheese more than the originals. Over the years I’ve adapted and changed my eating habits and although not a 100% keto eater. I go a pound and come down a pound but not much more! That original weight is still missing and I finally threw out the size 14’s in the attic for my closet full of size 10’s. Also, my daughter going through those weight bearing menopause days still has not added weight on keto. Now that’s amazing.
Every once in a while I send Ruled.me a personal thank you for the way “he” changed my life! If it worked for me, it will def. Work for you!!!

Ruled.Me is the ‘go to’ for a keto lifestyle. Craig is such a powerhouse of great advice to keep you in track during your keto journey. The recipes are easy to follow and uncomplicated. Well done Ruled.Me!

Craig does everything right!
I am always recommending Ruled.Me to friends and neighbors. Craig prepares his new recipes and when they work, he shares them with everyone. I have not found one I do not like.
The best part is they are all Keto and very good for you!

Wonderful keto recipes. Have been using Ruled.me recipes for years

Not everything looks appealing enough to me to try but most of it certainly. And everything I have tried is very tasty and filling. Grilled marinated Pork Tenderloin skewers with zoodles is a favorite at our house and a friends too when I shared it with him. That is just one example. Great breakfast ideas too and the deserts!

I have tried many recipes from the Ruled.Me sight with great success. Many have become family favorites and are on repeat often. I love the detailed explanations and thoughtful testing that goes into each recipe. It's nice to know there is a reliable, trustworthy site that does the grunt work for me so I know my recipes will turn out great!

How lucky am I to have stumbled upon this website. The recipes have helped me so much with beginning and maintaining my keto journey. I haven’t made one bad meal yet. And the fact that the recipes are free is mind blowing. I am so thankful to have found this site. Truly.

Great keto recipes and ideas, keeps an interesting element to the diet.

Craig was super helpful when I was first trying to navigate my way around Keto! And the majority of the recipes are so very tasty - plus, if one doesn't suit you, you have the option to swap...really useful just in case!

From all my research, the information provided is correct and thoroughly researched. The recipes are very easy to follow and the results are delicious.

When I began my keto journey, my naturopath gave me my macro goals to shoot for along with other info. But I was struggling with meal ideas, recipes, and more in-depth knowledge about keto. Then I found Ruled.Me ... I literally have them book-marked on my laptop with articles I love and loads of yummy recipes! I follow their youtube channel and instagram. I highly recommend them!!!!! They also have an app!

This site has fabulous keto recipes as well as lot of articles that educate about the Keto lifestyle. The recipes are flavorful and there is a wide variety to choose from. The Keto App makes things even easier! It figures outs your macros for you and what recipes you should use. Love this site!!
