Quick responses, I was kept well informed of visits and timings. David, the engineer, was most knowledgeable and polite. He communicated very well what the problem was and why it happened, and what solution was required. And he fixed the problem with my boiler, definitely 5 stars for Kevin & David!

Changing our shower was not an easy task and Jader did a great job, all in 1 day, fixing even some issues (noise when using hot water) that we did not think we could sort! Great job!

Shower replacement
The booking of the job was well managed. Due to engineering availability it was booked for a Saturday with a 3 hour arrival slot which I understand is standard. Unfortunately the engineer was an hour late, and I was not informed of the delay until I chased it. As it was the weekend I wasn't able to speak to someone and had to go back and forth on dm's. The engineer tracker was also not updating. However, once the engineer arrived the job was carried out to a high standard with no issues. I am very pleased with the work carried out

I just want to say a massive thank you to Dayle for her outstanding support and professionalism. I had an issue with one of my Acqua Di Gio Profumo bottles not arriving from TJ Hughes, and unfortunately, I wasn’t getting much help or clear updates from the retailer themselves.
