Do Not Order through this company right now!!! They will take payment and not ship your product. Then you can not get a return phone call or email. I repeat DO NOT ORDER! You will spend money with out any response or product.

Thanks for your feedback, Erin! First off, we're so sorry about the inventory issue. Due to so many folks stuck at home during the COVID-19 pandemic, our order volume is much higher than usual, and some items are selling out quickly, even when they appeared to be in stock at the time of purchase. When you emailed us on 4/2/20, in less than 2 hours, we cancelled and refunded your order, and also called you to confirm. We didn't catch you, so we left a message.
You don't seem to have gotten that, so when you emailed again the next day, we responded in less than 30 minutes with a confirmation of the actions we took for you.
I know this is a stressful time, and I'm sorry we couldn't provide the items. Thanks for your understanding.

I order several bottles of elder flower…
I order several bottles of elder flower syrup that I needed for my bussiness and the order was never shipped to my home and redirected back to their dock within the two days. When I contacted the company by email they stated tat they refunded the money back on my card. This is unacceptable as a bussiness to not shipped the product out to the customer. I would never again order from this company. What ever happen with te shipping was a mistake on their end. I got confmation that it went back to their dock sign by rebbecca. Instead of shipping the merchandise out they refund my money. If i would have not contacted them they would have not reached out knowing this error happen from them.

Thanks for your feedback, and sorry things didn't work out! As you know, this shipment wasn't able to be delivered. UPS stated they had an emergency situation, and also that they couldn't secure an adult signature. Events like that are out of our control, but as soon as we learned of this, we promptly refunded you in-full. We're sorry you were disappointed with that outcome, but given the situation with COVID-19 at the moment, that was the best and fastest way for us to resolve this problem for you. Thanks for your understanding.

Absolutely love the syrups
Absolutely love the syrups, especially the sugar free options for our diabetic home. With that said, the shipping costs are really too high. The cost of the purchases rise too high because of that, shipping does not have to be so expensive.
