Don’t buy from this company, take business elsewhere.

My order arrived well past the time it was supposed to arrive. And when I attempted to use the website to inquire about it there were errors, I thought great I’ve been scammed. Next, I open my box, one of the cans burst open at the bottom and spilled all of the mocha powder out onto the other cans. In total I ordered 3 cans and all of the cans were beat up and dented, with one small piece of packing paper to keep them from bursting. The shipping gouges you and they have yet to respond to my email about the can that arrived empty. Shameful. In this day of amazon, you’d think that a business would do better.

Thanks again for your order! While our listing for Big Train Low Carb Mocha did include a stock message at the time you ordered, we learned that you were not aware of the delay when you checked in several days after ordering and were happy to provide an update.

We are so sorry to hear about the damaged can! Items can occasionally be damaged while in transit due to rough handling, but we will be sure to review how this particular product is packed. More importantly, a replacement will be shipped today.

Regarding your original shipping cost, we do offer a variety of options at checkout based on the weight of your order, destination, and other factors. We feel this is the fairest way to handle shipping, but appreciate your feedback nonetheless!
