I order a bed did not know there was a delay with it the company ask me if I would wait while it was annoying they gave me all the options and I ended up keep the order due to Charlotte’s the customer service being so great

Avoid buying from them at all cost!! I placed an order with them. Until now I cant get hold of no one. The number goes straight to voicemail!! No words about my order! I send emails no reply! Looking to claim a refund through my bank. I am so disappointed!!

Delivery communication bad
I was very pleased with my purchase but the communication about delivery was poor. I had no prior notification, just a phone call at 7am on the day to let me know that the delivery driver was 30mins away.
