Ciaras been my account manager for the last two and a half years. Im on site with the lads most of the time and my laptops ancient so she handles everything for me. Although I was a bit unsure at first its actually worked really well for us over the years, we've had some great leads and currently working on a £175k extension secured through the platform.

What an awful experience.
I cant beleive any of these posistive reveiws are real.
They sign you up and lock you in for a year. Beyond terrible customer service. Abysmal product to begin with. I soent thousands in subscriptions and letters for not one lead. Id they was comfident in their product they wouldnt need to lock you in to a year contract that auto renews hidden in small print. Edit they definitly have a record of me. They took a years subacription from me. Happy to provide trust pilot with bank statements as proof

Does not work. All they care about is signing you up and threatening legal action when you try and cancel . The reviews say everything really . Wish I would have checked trust pilot first

Extremely disappointing service.

A complete waste of money. We paid for a service that delivered absolutely no results and did not help us in any way. Communication is also terrible they rarely reply and are very difficult to reach. Very poor service, no results, no support, and definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend Sera Tech.

Been with this company for months not had one lead or call, I’m on the assisted plan, yet to receive any assistance which I pay more for, can’t leave the contract biggest scam going. Stay away keep your money

Horrendous
Promise the world and deliver nothing.
Impossible to get out of the contract. Will renew without your consent. Then charge you to exit the renewal. Then when all that’s done will still try and take money from you. I sent out literally thousands of letters without a single response.

Waste of time and money . Does not work and I can only assume that the good reviews are members of staff ,friend's, family . Wish I would have read the reviews first before signing up. I was badgered by a guy called Zac for weeks and weeks until I gave in . With all his promises and spill I still have not received one phone call for potential projects . I have done as asked updating websites and links to no avail . Have had many conversations with Maria who is very nice but unfortunately has to follow how the company is set up to get you to sign up to their year contract . The business model here is to get you to sign up and get at least a year subscription off you and they hope you miss the automatic renewal . If any payments are missed or you refuse to pay you are immediately threatened with legal action . Email after email of reminders followed by calls reminding you that you are tied into a year contract . Do not waste your money . Before I signed up I used to go through the planning portal my self and just pick a few random projects and had far better results . No doubt I will get a response with all the usual excuses blah blah blah, Usual spill. The people here are very nice to speak to and as helpful as they can be but do not be under any illusion that they will find you loads of work . The main goal here is to sign you up and take your money , finding you work is an afterthought . You have to take your hat off to Brandon tho for setting this up. Basically talking you into signing up with empty promises of work and does not deliver or care as long as they get your money.

BE VERY CAREFUL – READ THE SMALL PRINT
I had a very disappointing experience with Serac Technologies.

I signed what I understood to be a 12-month contract, but within the terms was an auto-renewal clause requiring cancellation before the end date. I received no reminder whatsoever before it renewed.

As a small business, it is difficult to keep track of every supplier’s renewal date. I believe companies should clearly remind customers before automatically renewing rather than relying on small print and then demanding further payment.

Also, do not rely on what a friendly and convincing salesperson tells or promises you. Get everything in writing. In my experience, the platform simply did not work for my business and provided no real value.

I am now being pursued for further payment, which I formally dispute. Looking at other reviews afterwards, I was surprised to see other customers raising similar concerns around contracts, auto-renewal and cancellation.

My advice: just avoid them. In my experience, the system simply doesn’t work and is not worth the trouble.
