My father recently passed away and my Mother who suffers from dementia decided she wanted to live with us.

Or... at least that's how it panned out; it was intended for a night or two but ended up being much more.

Suffering from Alzheimers and Arthritis was a struggle to get upstairs so we looked into stairlifts.

The initial survey was done very quickly and efficiently and the lift installed according to the timescale we had been given. Inquiries over the phone were dealt with immediately by a real person. The installer, Rowan, did an excellent job yesterday and left things very clean and tidy. So far we are very pleased and would thoroughly recommend Senior Stairlifts.

Quick and easy process with friendly staff, right from first phone call, through to installation. Left the property clean and tidy, reasonable prices.

The ‘consultation’ was not very thorough - the chap seemed oblivious to our narrow staircase and my height. We offered to have a radiator moved to make more space but were told no need, however upon installation it was obvious the radiator needed moving as we had little space left to walk up the stairs. We moved the radiator after the fact and Senior Stairlifts had to return to move the stairlift. We were only given one choice of stairlift, a manual one which I am finding difficult to use. They did offer to reto-fit an automatic one for an extra £500 but by then we had lost all faith in Senior Stairlifts. Sadly, we are disappointed with the outcome.

ABSOLUTE RUBBISH…. You can twist facts around to explain the service we received, but we know the truth! Please do not ‘phone again in the misguided hope we’ll change our review.

Had a small issue with a re-furbed stair lift purchased in Jan for my father .Tried to get in contact with the company over the weekend but they had issues with the phones. Joe called me up first thing today - listened to my issues - explained the situation and promised me someone would be out today. True to his word , Carl came out and explained everything to my mum and was extremely patient. Joe then called me up to make sure all was okay - A happy mum is a happy son. Thank you Joe / Carl - top draw after sales service.

Had complete new stairlift fitted today by engineer called Scot Was supposed to be fitted saturday but the old lift gave up last night and couldn't use it Scot came to the rescue came fitted new lift brilliant can't thank him enough 👍

I am totally reliant on my stair lift and when it broke was devastated but Senior Stair Lifts came at a moments notice, installed a new one and am now up and running again. Their engineer Carl, was brilliant and their prices competitive. Cannot recommend them more highly. Cleared up all the mess and left the lift charging over night.

Senior lifts, we’re totally amazing.. I had been stuck upstairs for 5 days.. they were very quick to come and gave us a price very quickly… no fuss no long drawn out sales pitch.. just excellent service… Scott, who we saw initially was very efficient & quick explained everything. So we decided there & then.. Carl came and fitted the lift very quickly. He explained everything, how exactly the stairlift worked.. would not leave until he was sure I knew exactly what I was doing…Carl left me his phone number in case of any hiccups.. a truly excellent service..

I run a residential home and my lift broke down. I had searched many many companies to emergency fit a stairlift but no-one could do it asap, they were all 3/4 weeks. Filled in the online inquiry on a Saturday with no expectations and Liam called later that day - I sent photos, he got a quote within an hour (reconditioned Acorn with 2 yrs warranty) and an install date on the Thursday following a 50% deposit. Was installed yesterday without fail. After reading reviews on Trustpilot I felt assured that the company was legitimate. Big thanks to Liam and Carl the installer.

gave us a quote for a brand new stairlift which was very

Senior stairlifts are a fully trusted & excellent company to install your stairlift.
I have used this company twice now and have received fantastic service both times.
The first time used was for my father-in-laws house in October 2021 and the stair lift was excellent but now my in laws have now both gone into a home.
I rang up Senior stairlifts and asked if they could move the stair lift from one house to another which was a few miles away.
This was no problem at all for the company and for a transfer price this was done with no problems.
I would highly recommend this company and its installers to anyone that need a good priced stairlift.

Fitted by a guy called Reece, very smoothly and quickly. Then it packed up. He took several hours to get it going again (and there's been no problem since.)
He sacrificed a supper date for this but his demeanour throughout was wonderfully job-focused and friendly.
Excellent service by this company, from Liam who sold us the stairlift to Reece who fitted it and called next day to make sure it was still going OK

From getting a quote to installation the whole experience with the company was first class first rate guys who did the work and the team behind them Can’t believe they are still companies left that are this professional thanks Gary Smith Wakefield.

rang them 08:30 and they had fixed the problem by 11:30 am, even though we are in a remote area. The telephone staff and engineer were very sociable and helpful. Would definitely use them again.

Reece fitted a stair lift for my 91 year old mum today, he made a wonderfully neat job of fitting it. He explained (and demo’d) how to use it safely, he also left the house spotless, the only sign that he’d been there was the new stairlift.
This particular model is very smooth and accurate when traversing a very awkward staircase. Thanks Reece, great job.
