I love every item I’ve purchased from Sene. I have 3 suits and multiple pants and shirts thus far. The fit and quality is amazing. I get many complements in my Sene wear.

I initially ordered a suit in May 2023, received it 3 weeks later. Thanks to their perfect fit guarantee, even though it didn’t fit perfectly out of the box, they took care of it and I received it a couple weeks later. It fit perfectly. It caused me to order another suit and two shirts. Now these are bespoke so you have to be patient and make sure they fit right. And boy do they fit right! I love them! Just be patient and some lovely fitted clothes will be your reward.

It’s not an exaggeration to say this is the best pair of jeans I’ve ever worn. Compared to other online custom-tailored clothing sites Sene kept me well informed of updates and shipping. And the changes they made from the first revision were perfect! These jeans not only look great but they stay up without adjustment. I’m thrilled with the jeans.

Love my suit! Most comfortable suit I have. First fit came back slightly baggy but I sent it in and took their advice on fit and the 2nd version is perfect! I'm heading to the store now to buy more!

After the fit not being exactly how we wanted it the first time, we simply sent some pictures of how it fit, shipped it back and they made a new one and sent to us.

I have ordered and received several flex suits, shirts and now shorts. I absolutely LOVE all of them. They look and fit fantastic!! Many many compliments! Being 6'6" It has been a challenge for me, personally. to find apparel that fits properly. No issues here. Thrilled with everything from quality, service, fit and finish. Top Notch. I ordered three items from Sene to wear to two events. I received my suit pants, jacket and dress shirt in July. The initial fit had some issues, so I sent the suit back for alterations. I received the mostly remade suit (the original pants were only altered) in mid-August. When I tried it on, it looked and felt great. The suit is chic, sexy and versatile (dress it up or down). The polyester fabric feels luxe and breathes. Having the pieces cut to my actual shape makes a huge aesthetic difference. I wore it to see a play and, as I sat there, I thought about how comfortable I felt. That is a feeling I have never had about mens' suiting. I plan on ordering a vest to go with the rest of the suit and, possibly, a polo shirt and another suit. I'd recommend giving Sene a shot, especially since the alterations are free and very accurate.

The process of measuring and fitting custom jeans over the internet has the potential for great disappointment and frustration, but Sene manages to handle this delicate transaction with grace! I ordered two pairs of jeans and the first mock-up I got was way too small. I sent in pictures and my thoughts on possible alterations and they got back to me right away. Their customer service/fitting specialists are excellent and work very quickly. The only downside is the cost, but custom work is expensive! I hope to get many years out of these jeans and order again in the future!

Sene had great customer service. They remade my pants twice and jacket three times to make sure I got the right fit that fits perfect. Bigger guy with longer torso so finding a suit has not been fun. Looking forward to me next one on the way by sene!

Aug 24, 2023 Suit not arrived - sent requests for update - email said production finished and it's onto the fulfillment center. Expect to ship in 1 week at the latest. No update on the actual tracking site.
Sept 4 - Not arrived. Another request. Says it is stuck in the customs for inspection and it will ship within a week. No update on the actual tracking site
Sept 11 - Still not received. I had told them in the beginning I needed last Friday for the event this weekend.

A Custom Suit Online in Minutes? YES!!!
I was skeptical, but this is a perfectly fit suit that is beyond comfortable and perfectly styled. My wife immediately wants me to order more! There is your proof! I had her help me with the information gathering to make sure I knew my body type etc... But it's easy and perfect! LOVE THIS SUIT!

First suit ordered needed a slight remake. Easy process to get the alterations needed to have the suit customized to the perfect fit. Material is super comfortable and truly wrinkle free. Best suit for travel I’ve seen

Read up on Sene and their process as well as the quality of the product. Was intrigued but skeptical that without doing a traditional measure, how it would fit. When I received my first suit, it fit amazing right away. I only decided to change the length to have less of a pant break but for the rest of the jacket and pants to fit this well was astonishing! Their customer follow up was solid and responsive and I look forward to the 2nd suit and I already ordered 2 more colors as well! Highly recommend!

The suit fit perfectly out of the box. I am excited to wear it. Material is amazing.

This product is not as advertised in anyway. I saw the ads and decided to take the leap based primarily on the 30-day return policy.
1.) I ordered the suit 4 weeks before a wedding I needed to attend, which should fit their wait times, but the suit did not arrive in time and took an extra week.
2.) The suit fit horribly. I am able to buy most clothes off the rack so I expected it to not be a big deal.
3.) I initiated the return online and had to wait two days to get the form to send in the faulty suit. I returned the suit about 10 days later and they claimed that I did not return it in the 30-day window. With most purchases I make, the return must be started within the necessary window, not the completed shipping of the product back to the manufacturer. Their policy apparently is 30 days from the delivery (a week later than advertised) of the product (a poor-fitting suit).

They suggested I get a tailor to make the necessary adjustments. Let me say that again, the suit company that claims to be able to design a custom suit based on a survey told me to get a tailor to fix their bad product.

So in summary, bad product, bad customer service, and I suggest everyone stays away from this horrible product.
