I would give no stars if I could. Ordered flowers, had text from DPD saying they had been delivered. They were not delivered to the intended recipient who has never received them. We don't recognise the name of the person who allegedly signed for the delivery. The only way you can contact Send A Bloom is via email - I have emailed several times with no response whatsoever in the 10 days since I placed this order. Do not order from this company.

Avoid this company
A bouquet of roses was bought. It was delivered to a completely different location. No reply to messages. Instead of a surprise, it was a headache to find the parcel. The flowers wilted after two days.
Avoid this company.

I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered.
Delivery was 4 days late. Our Sendabloom order seems to have been outsourced to another company called Flowersdelivery4u - both companies are in Middlesex.
Too nervous to ask about the state of the flowers to people who are grieving.

Ordered the large bouquet which arrived…avoid this company
Ordered the large bouquet which arrived late and almost dead, sent email after email but never got a reply. No phone contact number. Would avoid this company. Flowers were for a 75th birthday, thought it would be a lovely surprise but instead it was disappointing and embarrassing.

Ordered a 65 pound bunch of flowers for a birthday present.
They arrived 12 days late.
All dead.
I have emailed many many times and have heard nothing.
Horrific customer service.

Ordered a beautiful bouquet worth £45. When it arrived it looked like a £8 bunch from a petrol station. Emailed them many times over last 3 weeks but no reply.
