Paid for flowers - never delivered! Emailed te?m every day for over a week - still no flowers. SKAMMERS - don't use them!

Wish I looked at these reviews first .
Ordered a bouquet, infact it was not a Bouquet .9 old stems .

disappointed in the flowers that arrived in poor condition and a small selection for the money

Received the flowers for my partner for Valentine’s .
Flowers didn’t match picture of the ones I choose. And started to die after 3 Days .
Have emailed them 3 times and no reply.
Also E-Mailed groupon who I purchased them through and they also ignore my emails

Ordered a Valentine's rose plant for my wife . It arrived ok . But all but 2 of the stems were broken. Sent pics and complained but no response. No phone number to call . Terrible customer service.Wont be using them again

Never arrived! Very frustrating! I booked over 2 weeks in advance.

One point is to much ordered via groupon flowers were dead 6 flowers disgusting cannot get hold of them and spoke to groupon not much use please do not use

Paid for flowers to be delivered over Christmas never arrived , sent several e mails no answer its SCAM DO NOT USE

a truly appalling company flowers delivered late half dead leaves and petals falling everywhere.14 emails sent no response. cowboys from beginning to end do not use them a total disgrace

I ordered a £54 bouquet, using an offer to make it 50% cheaper. However I would say that what the website shows is a figment of someone’s imagination as what was received resembles a cheap £5 offering from a garage. I did wonder if I was getting a special version as I used a groupon?

If this was ever worth £54 it was at the same time that wheelbarrows of cash were needed to buy a pint of milk. I think I will simply buy flowers from my local supermarket or florist in the future.

If I was able not to give a star I would. Received the flowers that were not even worth £10 let alone the price I paid. Contacted them by email and heard nothing. Very disappointing.

Dont waste your money!!! I'm glad I used a discount code for these as I would not have been happy to pay £70 for what I have just received!! Meant to be a special gift for my mother from my baby as a 'happy first birthday as my nanna' and they're a total embarrassment!. You get better value from a petrol station forecourt.

Very disappointing business.
Ordered and paid for flowers on Monday October 30th for delivery the following Saturday November 4th.
These flowers were for a special 80th birthday.
No delivery on the Saturday, the flowers finally arrived on the Sunday afternoon, too late for the birthday celebrations.
No communication or apology from 'Sendabloom' and no response to email.
Would not recommend to anyone - lots of far more reliable companies online.

I sent flowers through send a bloom via a Groupon code. The flowers were for a 60th birthday present and did look very nice in the picture. When delivered they arrived a day earlier than requested. The box was delivered up side down so flowers were dry and the box had been damaged leading to the flowers being damaged. The flowers where not worth the money paid for them.
I tried to contact Send a Bloom twice but obviously, no customer service at all as I got no response!
I would never use Send a Bloom again as a £20 bouquet, bought from Asda, was so much nicer and well worth the money.

The blooms were already very old before they were delivered. I sent them photo but no response!

Flowers were not delivered, no call or notification and despite 3 emails to there support email, I've had no response in 4 days. Do not use.

Flowers not delivered. No reply to emails. Wish I had read the reviews first. Lodged a dispute with my bank and waiting for the outcome. Just deciding whether to log it with the police on the Action Fraud website.

I should have read the reviews and gone with another company. Put in an order for a friends birthday bouquet - no confirmation of delivery, tried three times to use their "friendly customer service" contact us service - no response and no other way of getting in contact i.e. Facebook, Phone number etc. A complete shower! DO NOT USE!!!

Do not use this company. Order never turned up. No reply to my emails. Stolen my money
