What a service
What a service. We ordered the furniture and Sebastian travelled all the way from Huntingdon to south Wales. Not only did he deliver it all on his own, but he also set everything up for us. Superb service and a great guy. Would certainly recommend.

Very good service
Very good service. Communication was fluid I was informed where we were in terms of the delivery, and the day of the delivery the it was smoothly done getting the furniture assembled and I got helped hanging some items. All the furniture pieces were as advertised.

We would definitely recommend Sena Furniture. The chest-of-drawers which we ordered was carefully with everything we need to set it. The setting took us 40 minutes and it was super easy. I, personally, love the colour which perfectly fit in with the design and colour palette of our room.
The only thing I wasn’t satisfied with was waiting time. We were waiting for 2 months, however it was definitely worth it!
I appreciate Sena customer support team, they answered of my texts on WhatsApp and via emails.

Could be better
I bought a tv unit that stated 3-6 weeks for delivery. It took almost 2 months to arrive. Unheard of these days for flat pack furniture. No communication whatsoever in the meantime, I had to contact them.
Before ordering I needed some more info on measurements to make sure my av equipment would fit. It took at least a week to get the info, backwards and forwards via their sales email with someone who didn't seem bothered and somewhat irritated at my pre-sales questions. At one point didn't bother answering at all so I had to repeat my question via email. Do they want to sell anything or not? So much for their boasts of excellent customer service.
When it finally arrived via DHL, they delivered 2 boxes out of 3 and refused to even put a step into my hallway to push the extremely heavy boxes less than one foot leaving my poor, elderly, disabled mum to shift them which left her in absolute agony she was almost in tears with the pain. The next day DHL, same delivery man as the day before arrived with the last box which was even larger and heavier than the other two. However, somehow he decided he was suddenly allowed to step inside today and place the box down!
As for the unit itself, there were a couple of small chips out, nothing major and mostly hidden. The LED lights unusable as its a 2 pin plug, not that I was going to use them anyway. The doors are quite gappy, nothing like the picture which showed a close fit. The doors are not slow closing like the description stated either. The hole at the back for wires to go through was so tiny you'd barely get 1 wire through let alone 3 HDMI cables, multiple speaker wires and a plug from my amp. It had to be enlarged massively.
Also the way the pieces were packaged was idiotic, as the cupboard doors were facing each other so the gloss finish was stuck together so firmly it took major effort to get them apart. A piece of tissue paper between them would have made more sense to protect them.
Overall, it looks fairly nice now it's together. I'd have preferred it to be a brighter white though, it's slightly off white. It's better than what I had before but would I buy from this company again? Probably not.

Packaging: Your suggestion about protective layers between doors is excellent and already being actioned.
Color/Finish: We’ll update our product descriptions to better reflect the true shade and finish.
While we’re glad the unit ultimately meets your needs better than before, we completely understand your hesitation to return. Highly recommend this company which I came over by chance, I opted for my item to be delivered built which is an excellent option to give to there customers and can not fault them or the workman ship and delivery was well within the time scale given would definitely recommend them.
