I’m absolutely delighted with my purchase from Sena Furniture. The Pola 2-Door Sideboard is beautiful and feels very premium quality with a stunning finish that looks even better in person.
The whole experience from ordering to delivery was seamless and professional. Customer service was excellent throughout, communication was clear, and delivery was prompt and well organised.

Never received the order.
I ordered tv unit with 4-8 weeks delivery time, after 8 weeks it was not delivered, despite I was checking few times in the process and was ensured it will arrive on time. At the end of week 8 when checked i was told the item from order was not handled properly and not sent from Italy yet. I was offered 10% discount if I will wait for it. On week 10 I still haven’t received it and even had no any replacement offered as I suggested to resolve this. Eventually after wasting anxious 10 weeks time and no delivery I was refunded with no any further replies to my follow ups for replacement. Utterly unhappy with it!

We’re truly sorry for your experience and the frustration this caused. You placed your order with a 4–8 week timeframe, kept in touch, and were assured it would arrive, only to be told at the end of week 8 that the item hadn’t left Italy due to a handling issue at the manufacturer. That is not the standard we aim for, and we understand how disappointing weeks 9–10 were, especially without a suitable replacement arranged despite your request.
While the supply delay was outside our direct control, it was our responsibility to communicate sooner and offer clearer alternatives. We fell short on both. We appreciate your patience and regret that it ended with a refund rather than a successful delivery.
We’d like the chance to make this right:
If you’re open to it, we can propose in‑stock or faster‑lead‑time alternatives at a meaningful discount (beyond the 10% previously offered).
If you prefer to reorder the original item, we can prioritise the order, provide proactive weekly updates, and include a goodwill discount.
Alternatively, we can offer a gesture of goodwill (e.g., a voucher) should you wish to consider us in future.
Please contact us at sales@sena-homefurniture.co.uk or [phone number], or reply here with your order number, and we’ll assign a manager to handle this personally and provide options within one business day. Again, our sincere apologies—we appreciate your feedback and are reviewing our processes to prevent this happening again.
Great service
I was looking for something unique and modern without spending a fortune, and the staff recommended the Infinity Wall Set. It turned out to be the perfect choice.
What I really love is that you can create your own custom composition with the units, and the team was amazing at helping me design the right setup for my space. Great service, great idea, and amazing value for money. I absolutely love my Infinity Set and highly recommend this store!

Ordered Beautiful unit for my living room took a wee bit longer for delivery than expected But when arrived was put together very quickly only downside was shelfs were damaged when loading van from warehouse so instead Brought Black shelfs while unit is White Can't be seen until opened But hopefully dispatch new white ones out to me or drop off when Next up to Scotland. Lovely friendly Guy Tidied up placed Tv On unit took all Boxes etc Away for Recycling . LOOKS FANTASTIC. Thank you. Fiona Scotland. 😊

Quality and service is outstanding
We initially came across the website and showed great interest in some what appears ' different' furniture as opposed to the 'run of the mill' max produced 'samey' furniture.
So we travelled 2 hours to the showroom where it is clear that the quality of furniture and service is outstanding!
If you are looking for something different, elegant and high quality this is the place to visit.
Sebastian from the first moment of contact went out of his way to show us pieces of furniture, there was no pushy selling but opportunity to ask questions. And see some products in the showroom.
Ordering and delivery times were realistic considering our furniture is produced in Italy. It clearly shows that the Italians have great taste!
We went in for one piece and fell in love with additional pieces and ordered 3! And we are not disappointment...
Our visitors all ask about the beautiful designs and where these are from.
Sebastian liaised with us about delivery time and was amazing in coordinating this. All packaging and set was completed, Sebastian even noticed a very slight defect in the door panel and immediately reordered and replaced this- no quibble and questioning- extremely pro-active- absolutely outstanding customer services!
We opted for the assembly service and would highly recommend this. Takes away the worry of damaging anything putting it together- beautiful quality furniture.
When we need to replace any furniture in the future, our first and last place will be Sena!

Beautiful items,Prisma collection in grey gloss, delivery driver 100% on point, built furniture in no time, left room very clean and tidy, removed all packaging and disposed of. Customer service responded quickly. Only downside, waited 3 months for items to arrive.

The product (glass cabinets) is great - just what we wanted - looks very classy and expensive but not so - very reasonable price.
The whole service was exceptional from ordering to delivery - nothing was too much trouble. Always followed up to ensure satisfaction - went out of their way to be customer focussed.

Great furniture. Looks lovely, easy to order. Only downside is the instructions aren’t great and no numbers on the materials to coincide with the drawings but pictures helped. Also did 1 bit back to front and made sense at the end.
