Absolute scammers. Sent a grade A phone worth £450 and was sent £290 after finding an apparent fault. Can’t communicate directly with them and they don’t reply to messages or emails. Stay clear of Compare and recycle too as they are listed on there. Will be getting trading standards involved. Please please don’t sell your phone to these criminals.

Fast and easy service. Professional work done on the repair. Phone looks brand new. Prices are lower than other places. Would definitely use them again.

Quoted the highest price for my S23 Ultra 256GB which was in very good condition offered £381 and payment within 24 hours...the phone was delivered on Saturday, they emailed Monday afternoon to say they had it and it would be processed. Emailed a few hours later stating they had a technical issue and it would be looked at the following day. I heard absolutely nothing that day so I contacted them and their "24/7 support" and again nothing. I contacted them again this morning and then I had to contact compare and recycle to get them to chase it up, then I got a WhatsApp message offering me £250 I told them that wasn't acceptable, they offered £275, I said I wanted more around £320 and I met them in the middle at £300 that I would receive by 8pm today. I am writing this after 8pm where I have not received a payment and they are again unresponsive...I have never experienced an issue like this before, please avoid them

Tried to massively rip me off (I’m talking £250 less than initial offer).

Extremely rude and unprofessional correspondence from them via WhatsApp after 7pm at night. Carried on messaging even when I asked them to stop. Insisted on me transferring them £10 to return my device, even when I said I would purchase my own return label for cheaper for them and send it so they could send it back, they wouldn’t let me. Luckily, their initial email states they return for free, which I screenshotted to them and they then honoured.

Overall dreadful experience. Have now chosen a much more reputable company with no issues whatsoever.

Update - after leaving my review, the “manager” of the company contacted me via WhatsApp AGAIN - completely disrespecting the fact I had asked not to be contacted via WhatsApp after the first initial correspondence from them. I don’t know any legitimate company who work this way?! They asked me to remove my review and when I didn’t, they reported me for defamation. TrustPilot agreed with my review and kept it live. Says it all about this company!

Scam company. Low ball offer on Grade A phone. Claim it has damage (which was not there before sending, I have videos and photos) Original value was £400, they offered £230 which i rejected, they then upped the offer to £330, which I rejected and then they held my phone to ransom for an extra £10 even though it cost me £10 to post to them based on their advice. I would rather sell to CEX than these bunch of con artists. Phone spent every day of it's life inside otterbox full body case. Stay away

The price they offer you is not what you will actually be offered, I definitely won't be using them again

First of all, the ‘freepost’ envelope sent out doesn’t actually cover the amount you’re offered for your device so I had to spend £10 just to post it to them (Now rectified by the comparison company). Then a phone in near perfect condition came back with ‘faults’ on their report which I’d never had an issue with previously and dramatically dropped their offer price from £295 to £160. The attitude of the sales person messaging me was rude. When asked what I’d accept as lowest they replied with £180, I explained it wasn’t an acceptable amount, to be ignored, I just received the phone back in the post a few days later. £10 down and back at square one. Don’t waste your time!

Simple and easy process and message to confirm phone price would recommend and use again.

Sent the phone and within 24 hours they replied and sent me a fully itinerary and photos. Definitely recommend if you want to move on your old device.

Easy enough to get a valuation. I was sceptical of the price offered and I was correct to be sceptical. My phone had 91% battery health and was in pristine condition. They ‘inspected’ the phone and reduced the offer by £60 saying they needed to replace the battery. I rejected the offer and requested the handset be returned. They were quite pushy for me to agree an amount I would accept, but by that time I’d lost faith and just wanted my phone back. After the handset had been sent to them, communication is via WhatsApp and I had ‘what’s the best you’ll take mate’. Didn’t seem very professional. The original offer was £315. The revised was £255. I eventually suggested £275 but they rejected this and said they’d send the phone back to me the following day (Friday). Fast forward to Monday, when I was expecting my phone in the post and I received another WhatsApp saying Ok £275 deal. So they didn’t send it back as suggested. I agreed £275 and the payment was made to my bank account within hours.

Quick turnaround and fair price paid. Money was in my bank within an hour of them receiving the phone. Highly recommended

Got fed up trying to sell my phone privately as so many jokers replied with ridiculous offers that I thought I would try selling it via sellyourfone.co.uk. Was pleasantly surprised with the offer received and the whole transaction was hassle free. I found them to be both helpful and professional. Would definitely consider using them again.
