Scammers beware their initial offer will be reduced dramatically once the phone is received , then they will use a tactic to increase thier offer ..do not waste your time

Mixed review - my phone was 4 months old. Quoted £230 but offered £150. Quick to reply to emails when I requested photos. When I wanted phone back offer was magically upped to £180. I asked for £190 and got it really quickly. So ultimately, yes I got a quick deal but given the low ball offer initially it really makes me think their business model relies on people taking a desperate first offer. Feels a bit grubby.

Shocking company. Don't believe their high offers on comparison sites, they never have any intention to pay these prices it's simply a hook to catch you. Submitted my phone that was in near perfect condition as "Good" had I still had the box I would have went with excellent. "Good" described as "No visible wear on screen or housing" I inspected my phone carefully with the screen off and there were no visible scratches. I took a video and several photos to back this up knowing what these companies are like. They came back claiming under their specialist lights they found some minor scratches at the same time admitting they can see "I have kept fantastic care of my phone" In short the offer was £200 lower for scratches not visible to the naked eye.

They do not have a telephone number to call them only email. When they think they might get a deal they are quick enough to reply however after challenging them and giving them my bottom line they didn't reply all day today (Now 4:15PM) I emailed them yesterday. I have no doubt from their other tactics that they do this to frustrate you and hope you give up and simply accept their low ball offer.

I read the reviews and thought I would give them a chance anyway. Don't make the same mistake as me.

Updated to two stars, after some hard negotiating tactics from myself they increased their offer by £100 all in all only £100 less than originally offered so I am reasonably happy with the final outcome but my concerns that others in more desperate situations may be duped by them and just accept their low ball offers remains.

A truly genuine company!
When I first sent off my iphone pro max to Cash My Mobile I strongly suspected that they would be con
Merchants. When we did arrive at what I now know to be a good price I mailed my phone off to them.
The phone never arrived with them and it wasn’t returned to me.
Cash My Mobile were very assuring and paid me the sum agreed even though the company are out of pocket because of the Post Office.
I cannot recommend Cash My Mobile enough as a genuine company to do business with. My personal experience is that they have been excellent in their communications with the me and honour their word which is very refreshing these days. Thank you Cash My Mobile! Mike a satisfied seller.

Sold my iPhone 15 pro max.
Was given pretty much the original offer price and the money was in my bank account within the hour after accepting.
Highly recommend and Will definitely use again.

I sent my phone off - they quoted me a high price within the guidelines for the device - took a while to get back to me then offer me £80 - I have photos of the device before sending and they certainly didn’t have the level of ‘scratches’ it had when they sent me evidence back of why they offered me that price - I am leaning towards this being done on propose to lower the offer. After asking three times for them to send my device back it finally arrived home - but it took quite a while. I will not be using them again.

Most reasonable

Offered £283, sent phone, they claimed there were scratches on the screen and offered £120. When challenged the scratches magically disappeared. Revised offer of £140 because the charge port was chipped. Got my phone back eventually, no screen damage and no chipped charge port.
Bunch of crooks, avoid like the plague

Dealt with Adam from cash my mobile, extremely polite, abit of a gentleman’s haggle came to an agreed price but was a pleasure to deal with him kept me informed, showed evidence of inspection of my old device, would be pleased to deal with again

Excellent service

Sent my I phone 15, 2 months old, barely a mark on it. Offered £346 before sending. Upon their receipt of it I was offered £180 due to it being a ‘refurb’. It definetly wasn’t and I sent supporting evidence of this. They then agreed it wasn’t and offered £205, which is seriously lower than £346. They basically made up it was refurbished to have to pay a lower price.
Really poor company, loads of better out there. Please avoid.

Offered 200 less on receipt of my phone which was in very good condition, had been in a case since new and a screen and camera protector. I had took pictures and videos before I sent the phone off and the photos they sent back showed scratches that were not present when I sent the phone. After a couple of days to and from they increased the offer to 100 more which I settled on. So very deliberate low ball first offer. Will never recommend or use again.
since this the company has asked me several times to remove my review and offered £75.00 to do so, i have reported them to Trustpilot as this is against their policy, wonder how many others have been bought off by Cash My Mobile?
