Was initially hesitant about dealing with them as their initial offer was very low. Went through a few more offers and inspections. Their 2nd offer was better after a few days, but was still hesitant about them. Final offer was quite competitive though, and once agreed to, the inspection process was seamless and well organised. Payment was prompt and professional. Yes they are car brokers and this is their business model, but I would recommend them again. Just don't accept their first offer.

I dealt with Dara at SellYourCarFast and the service provided was exceptional. Day 1 an offer was made. Day 2 we agreed on price, they sent a mechanic to inspect the car (who was professional and to the point). Day 3 we had a contract signed and payment was made (part for me and part for a financial service). After that, the car was collected by a transport service. All without any hassle. Admittedly this seems like a scam when fist contacted us but can categorically say that it is not! Yes, they'll offer a low price for you car but that's their business model. In exchange they'll take care of all the other details and make the process as easy as possible. The sale took a little longer for us being in regional NSW but was still pretty quick. Money was in our account within 12 hours of the inspection/approval from the mobile mechanic. Customer service was great from start to finish, I highly recommend if you want a quick sale or just cant be bothered with the rigmarole of selling your car.

If you want honesty and genuine help to sell you car fast then this is the place to go. No crap only the truth and yes they still have to make some money but it is better then doing a trade and far less time and hassle than trying to sell a vehicle yourself.
