warranty claim honored

I took a chance on a newly released pair of Pro Pickleball shoes. After 36 hours the side panel began to separate. Selkirk honored a warranty claim. I am confident that Selkirk will provide quality support.

Selkirk - great Pickleball Paddles, Great Warranty

I have been playing Pickleball for a few years now and have gone through a number of paddles. This time last year I was on my third Prokennex, it was faulty. I submitted a warranty claim, they took a couple of weeks and acknowledged the paddle was faulty. Three months from the time I submitted my claim until the paddle was replaced after me continually reaching out to them. I switched to Selkirk last summer. Minor fault, I submitted to assess for warranty. They responded the next day accepting my claim. I had the new paddle 3 days later. Excellent customer service! Very impressed with the paddle and the warranty process.
