Quick service, straightforward lead times and with robust support. Selkirk Orders have always been a breeze to go through. My only issue is that the option I selected for shipping was Fedex International Economy but when the order went through, it was sent through Fedex International Connect which is usually 1 week slower. I expressed my concern with Selkirk Support and they were able to handle this in a expedient and orderly manner. I'm a huge fan of their comprehensive support!

Bought items , got bonus bulks, never said when it will expired. I tried to used it multiple times right after my first purchase. Couldn’t used it. Was very frustrated. Contact support, no help. Very disappointed. If you look at their reviews, they are all Anonymous. Not coming back.

I like it because it has a warranty and is made in the United States. The material quality is much stronger than that of Chinese products. It is not easy to be damaged. The center of gravity is more convenient to match. It is also more comfortable to hold in the hand. Many brands have flatter handles, which are not convenient to use. This is why I like this brand.

Very accommodating whenever I have questions regarding my orders. I have already ordered many products such as paddles, apparels, and paddle accessories. Products are well-packaged and secured. Products were all complete.
