Have been repeatedly emailing for a return/refund but been completely ignored.

Absolutely horrendous. Worse quality than the ‘bad’ off SHEIN. I ordered the lace mermaid off shoulder maxi dress and it came looking NOTHING like the photos. It was calf length at the back but asymmetric (done badly - just wonky) at the front and had 0 shape at all and the material is the cheapest, most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen. I’m 5’6” and 8 stone so hardly a giant.

When I followed the instructions to return, my multiple emails were ignored. They present themselves as a legitimate website but absolutely aren’t - don’t be fooled. DO NOT order from here. Awful quality products, awful quality service (or lack of).

Won’t reply to my emails to return the item (it has been 5 days of consecutive emails), the item took over 3 weeks to arrive and now it is here and doesn’t fit properly they are ignoring me and I can’t get any response to return and get my money back. Terrible customer service. AVOID!

Absolute cheap rubbish nothing like pictures.... tried to return offered 20% refund to keep... took me after about 15 emails to agree a return as didn't want money off to keep
eventually gave me address in China telling me I had to pay customs before it left... went to post office £30 to return and post office staff said it was total scam as it would go missing as you can't pay customs in advance ..... back and forward with the company absolute sham of a brand quality makes Shein look like Gucci !!! Stay away do not shop here !!

I was a bit worried when I ordered on the website because of mixed reviews, but the item came and I am happy with my purchase.

Item never received, paid for next day delivery over a month ago, emailed no answer, tracked order it says not found

Products are nothing like what is depicted on the site. Cheap Chinese rubbish. Have chased three times to find out how to return an item and have been completely ignored. Now raising a claim with my bank.
