They arrived much quicker than I expected. The protective packing was very well done. And the product itself was really bigger than what I figured it would be and nicer. And give your company an a+.

When you purchase an item this website slyly signs you up for a 'membership' fee of $29.99. It is a very shady thing to do as I wasn't aware of this then a month after I get this charge. Im trying to dispute this and get reimbursed BUT I have a bad feeling about this. I will NEVER purchase anything from them EVER AGAIN!!!!

Wrong product.
I received the standard nozzle instead of the upgraded nozzle for which I paid for. The one I received is junk.

Did you know this company automatically adds a month 29.99 VIP service charge after 28 days from buying your 1st product from them? Then to add salt to the wound, they added a 2.95 fee for travel protection and 2.00 for delivery (its nor free) I Paid 17.93 for a fan that worked for 5 seconds. I could've lied but it's not the way I work. I said the truth when I told them it worked and then it didn't. Never used. I am able to cancel the so call VIP program, but they don't return the money the bluntly steeled from me. They say it's clearly in the purchasing process, sure, in tiny letter that no one reads. It's called scamming costumers. Now I am stuck with a fan that I never used, and a total of $65 in charges and nothing to show for. This could've gone on, but the VIP charge was thankfully flagged by my Credit Card and here we are now.
BUYER BEWARE ON INSTAGRAM where I did my purchases. I'm not sure they get away with that crap in amazon but beware, maybe they are.

Order was easy and it came fast. But the product is a little small. I was surprised at that. I haven't used it yet so I don't know how it works or if it works at all being that small I can't see I'ts power.

My order was missing parts,plus the battery life is a flat out lie. Getting in touch with someone is damn near impossible. Now the icing on the cake was nonrefundable subscription of $30.00.this company and product are a joke. Fool me once. Never again‼️
