They arrived much quicker than I expected. The protective packing was very well done. And the product itself was really bigger than what I figured it would be and nicer. And give your company an a+.

My boyfriend loved the fan. The only problem was I placed order on June 5,2026. I added the deluxe for a extra $7.99. . That was a scam to get extra money. The order total was $24.30 they turned right back around an charged my card $7.95. an today my card was charged again for $29.99 I have not ordered anything else since June. That order was paid for. Don't have a clue why they took they money. I will never order anything else from this website.Do not recommend

If I could select 0 stars I would! I paid for expedited shipping only to get it 12 days later. When I contacted them about a refund they said they will look into it & get back with me. A week later after testing out the fan I emailed them back (its the ONLY way to reach them) about refunding my whole order it is not as described in no way is it TURBO! HORRIBLE service, customer service & product!

First of all the product is garbage…
First of all the product is garbage it's made of plastic no way to hook it to a hose.had to go buy separate connector and still didn't work get more pressure out of a squirt gun. Price was doubled for what they advertised and then they charge you 29.99 membership fee that your not aware of and they won't refund your money.. do not order this it's big scam.

Hearing this is rough, and the product side alone (a nozzle that needed a separate connector and still didn't perform) is enough to warrant a proper look at the refund. Add in the checkout total not matching and the membership charge, and there's clearly a real conversation to have.

When you buy anything from their site buyer beware
When you buy anything from their site it automatically signs you up for a subscription and doesn’t let you know until 28 days later you are getting a $29.99 charge to your account for something you didn’t sign up for and have to go cancel on their website or it will continue to charge you every month. So I ended paying $60 for 3 pieces of trash fans in the long run. I won’t ever purchase anything from them ever again

I purchased upgrade metal spray gun for my hose. First off it's not metal. Plastic painted gold to look like mental. I attached it to the hose and when I turn the water on it keeps blowing off of hose. Would NOT recommend anything from this company.
