Brilliant service, my parcel came in two working days and i ordered it on sunday.
Came in a lovely gift box
I am really pleased with my purchase, will use them again and tell friends and family

The website had by far the best selection of pre-loved wedding bands I had found. Ordered four to try and they arrived very quickly, all individually and beautifully gift wrapped, in a box that was a pleasure to open. One was perfect for me and they were all so reasonably priced. Returning the remaining three for a full refund was quick and easy, with great communication from the company. Highly recommended!

Very happy with the service provided by Segal’s, I ordered a saddle ring Sunday night and received my order Tuesday morning, from Hull to Coventry in less than 36 hrs, all wrapped like a little present👍😆, with a hand written little card, which was a nice little touch!! 1st time ordering from Segal’s but probably won't be the last💯👍

From ordering to receiving my jewellery, my experience of Segals was lovely. Jo kept me up to date with the order & it was personally delivered, making it much easier for me to receive it so I could have my ring as quickly as possible.
I have used Segals in the past, & every time they are attentive & professional. The ring came beautifully packaged also….I cannot recommend them enough.

I needed a wedding to match my engagement ring. I found it on the website. Having emailed i then sent the engagement ring to the shop and the two rings matched perfectly..seagals resized and I have just tried the two together and they look amazing. Big shout out to Ben for his help and thank you for sending both rings back in a lovely gift wrapped case.

Do not trust this company…! I went to their shop in Hull and they ripped me off to the tune of £200…! AVOID!!!!!

I had a ring repaired by Segals jewlery store.
I had been to a nearby well known jewlery store for a quote and
It was excessive.
Segals quote was about £100 cheaper.
The repair is 100% perfect.
I'd recommend you forget other high street jewlers for any repair work, go to Segals first.

Recently went in to Segals to have a ring I had inherited but didn’t like valued to sell.
The gentleman who served us was pleasant but the lady who was working alongside him came across as ‘snooty’ and appeared to look down on us. She appeared to not want to serve us and failed to engage in conversation with us several times.
Looking down on people reminds me of the film Pretty Women when the girl was looked down upon when asked the price of a dress and was told “we don’t serve people of your sort in here”.
So what I’m getting at is don’t judge a book by its cover.
You know nothing about me so don’t assume I don’t have the money to spend in your shop. I could have bought the most expensive ring in the shop but your snootiness lost a sale.
But after all, you are only a shop assistant!

Third Time I have purchased from Segals Jewellers and they continue to out perform all potential competitors with their packaging and general service.
This time earrings for my daughter in law in Norway.
However, they were let down by Royal Mail as it got stuck between Sheffield and Leeds and was not received until Friday, when Wednesday was the due date.
Now I have to find some clip on Opal earrings to make it a fourth time.

Segal's Jewellers have such an extensive range of rings on their website - new and vintage. Top marks to their Buyer who has an excellent eye for a range to suit anyone's tastes. I was also reassured by how long they have been established for and was confident in making my purchase. I had been looking for a specific looking ring and couldn't believe that I found it on Segal's website - after having looked for it everywhere! I ordered on a Wednesday evening and got it Friday morning. The ring was everything I wanted and it was packaged so beautifully. Thank you Segal's, I will be coming back for more!

Ordered a 9ct gold gents ring. It's absolutely gorgeous, can't believe it's 2nd hand- it looks brand new. Delivery up to Scotland and it was here the next day. Absolute cracking price, too. I'd recommend Segal's highly.
