Southeast Financial has a very deceiving website. They say they can lend to people with lower credit scores. This is not true! They get your hopes up, by stating they can in there website when in reality, they cannot! My husband and I make good money and have fluctuating credit scores with lowest 575, and they told us we don’t qualify! Save yourself a hard credit pull and don’t apply if you have less than perfect credit! Very deceitful!

The "real" people I was able to interact with were exceptionally helpful. Especially Alison Ragsdale. She was super quick to respond to questions and made the process very clear.

The overall process did take a little longer than we expected, which was harder for us because we lived about 5 hours from the dealer we were purchasing from. However, the transaction and the people we dealt with could not have made things any easier or more pleasant!! From our loan officer, Candace, to the funding team of Alex and Valerie, they were all tremendous to work with!! Walked us through every step, kept in constant contact and responded quickly to any questions we had. Just an overall wonderful experience! HIGHLY recommend Southeast Financial!

SEF should be a model for how to run a business that is 100% customer focused and oriented. Their commitment to the Client is proven by action and not just a hollow sales pitch or slogan. Brooke and Alex were friendly knowledgeable and did what they said they were going to do when they said they would do it. Every time.

Alison Ragsdale was awesome! The loan process was smooth. She and Valerie Tarkenton were very responsive and communicated the process in a very professional manner. They are a great team. I will for sure brag to my network on how easy, quick, and smooth this transaction was.

Amanda Vaillencourt was fantastic! From finding a extermely competitive rate, to working with the bank to agree to terms that met my needs, she was there the entire time! The entire process was so easy, I chose SE Financial over another bank with a slightly lower rate just for their service alone!

Alison Ragdale stayed right on top of the financing from start to finish - I would work with her and SE Financial again !

Alison was instrumental in guiding me thru the process and most of all showing me how to do things using my pad as I am quite illiterate when it comes to that stuff.

Amanda Vaillencourt was excellent from the start and made the process easy. Everything with our loan took place while we were traveling and she made sure we were communicated with clearly. Once the loan closed Alex Lampley helped us with the POAs and was great too. Highly recommend!

Absolute clowns. advertise bad credit. I don't even have bad credit. over 700 scores. no bills, no past due, 5 year residence, great income, big down payment, and financing 71% of book. Not one person ever contacted me. Not one question asked of me. The denial letter was 1000000% incorrect. and they hit me with 6 inquiries. They should be embarrassed.

Although we are 2 hours in time difference, our loan agent was always very quick to respond to our emails which helped make the loan application process seamless.

They were the only institution I could find that will fund a loan for a motorhome purchased from a private seller. Our rig is 7 years old and that also did not matter. Every step was professional and they supported me through all of my questions with a person I could call directly. We even got a great rate. It was perhaps the best lending experience I have ever had.
