Poor Service - Bought warranty last month, first time Ive needed support, Im 12 days in, no access to cameras, 16 emails deep, with no response now for 6 days, do they only have 1 in the service team? Provide me with a escalation email address ASAP.

Resolved router connection problem by remote link. Reset iPhone link and downloaded latest software. Ann was very knowledgeable. Resolved all issues quickly. Very happy with the support service provided.

I am a severe brain injury victim and I am not good with technology, but ann has the patience of a saint, she made me feel like it wasn't a problem. Great work, great service, great company..regards Stuart Wilson

Super customer services, sorted out our issue immediately. Connected remotely to set us up on our computer, the lady who rang was excellent, very knowledgeable and very helpful got us up and running straight away, hassle free. Would definitely recommend, very happy.

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the callout fee charged for my recent booking.

Before confirming the work, I specifically requested written confirmation that the quoted materials would be sufficient for all three floors and clarification on the duration. I was assured in writing that everything was correct.

When your team attended, it became clear that the information provided was incorrect or incomplete, and the work could not proceed. The cancellation was therefore entirely due to your company’s error, not any action on my part.

In these circumstances, charging me a callout fee is unreasonable and unacceptable. I relied on the information your team provided, and I should not be financially penalised for your miscommunication.

I am requesting a full refund of this charge. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will consider escalating the complaint further and seeking advice from the appropriate consumer protection bodies.

Please confirm how you will resolve this.

After waiting several weeks for my camera to be replaced ,the previous engineer refused to do the job as he couldn’t reach.But today without any hesitation a new fitter called Larenzo just put his ladder up and the job was done with out any drama.

For some unknown reason my e mails to support were not getting through, but a call to Josh to speak about another issue, and he arranged for Ann to call me, I nearly didn't answer the call, thinking it might be spam! Ha! Ha! but she was so helpful, a simple issue of not being logged in cured the problem. Not being a computer Whizz Kid, I was not able to sort it myself, but she explained fully, so, next time I might be able to sort it myself!.....Doubt it! Ha! Ha! I have had the cameras for several years now, but still don't know how to fully use the software! But hey I'm getting there! Thankyou very much Ann, you're a godsend! Oh well done Josh !

Ann was great I am 69 years old and cannot cope with all the technical knowledge, We had changed Broad band providers she explained it all to me and got all my cameras up and running.

I had Securico CCTV install cameras in my home in December 2021. During installation, the workmen drilled a hole into my loft to run the cable to my electricity mains in my spare room. The cable remains very unsightly, and when I recently asked about having it moved, the response has been frustratingly unhelpful.

One of the cameras has never worked properly. I raised this during the warranty period and was simply told to turn it on and off again. I didn’t pursue it further at the time due to having a young child, so I accept that part is partially on me.

However, my recent attempts to have both the cable moved and the faulty camera fixed have been a series of unproductive back-and-forths over WhatsApp. Promised phone calls have not happened, and my most recent communication was met with claims that they don’t believe it’s their installation because the cable “doesn’t look like their lead,” which is incorrect—it is exactly the one they installed. I have asked repeatedly for a proper phone call, been told one would happen, but no expectations have been set, and nothing has been resolved.

Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the poor customer service, lack of accountability, and the failure to follow through on even basic commitments. Communication has been poor, and issues that should be straightforward to resolve remain unresolved months after my initial enquiry.

Signed up for extended warranty but now won’t carry out repair as was partly fitted by another company. Even have emails confirming they are taking over system. Shows what a sh*t company they are. Will now go elsewhere to a reputable company not a bunch of cowboys who renege on agreements.

Very pleased with the service. The team were so professional and friendly. I’m extremely happy with their service. Will be using them again very soon for extra work.

Moved over to Securico this year and amalgamated a number of contracts saving significant cost whilst maintaining a high level of service. Since we switched over, Securico have upgraded the intruder alarm, carried out maintenance visits and call outs with no issues. Would recommend this company without hesitation.

Booked the wrong service and made it impossible to get a partial refund. Asked me to write a letter and post it to a physical address. Poor customer service.

I would recommend Securico to anyone who needs a stable and reliable cctv set up - I've been a customer for many years and their solutions are superb.
I recently had to request technical support on my system and dealt with a very friendly and professional individual by the name of Ann who was super supportive, patient and knowledgeable and she resolved the issue within minutes - genuinely a great ambassador of the brand!
10/10 service and support and highly recommended! Thanks Ann! :)
