Delivery by DPD is good, though delivery seems slower than a few years ago.

Excellent service
Excellent service! I started using your services a few weeks ago and the starter pack arrived in just a couple of days. A few days later, I received a phone call to ensure all was well from an incredibly friendly and helpful lady who really couldn’t have done enough for me. Before this medical incident, I’d no idea all this existed so I was very grateful for the care and consideration received. Many thanks.

The gentleman I spoke to was kind
The gentleman I spoke to was kind, respectful and knowledgeable. He explained everything very clearly and was patient. He also put me at ease as I think he has a stoma and understood when I explained my situation. I was totally happy with our conversation.
