Thanks to John Kelly for the guidance he gave me in having to appoint a Power of Attorney/ Trust.
After having met John Kelly, I realised that Will is not enough in life, if you don’t have a Power of Attorney and a Trust set up otherwise the Taxman will be milking the inheritance pot you leave behind.

John Kelly paid us a home visit and explained to me,making it very clear and easy to understand. I would recommend him to anyone looking to make a Will or making a trust or giving a power of attorney see him first for knowledge.

Edward helped my elderly aunt with her LPA.
He also helped my wife and I update our wills and
complete a LPA for ourselves.
For my aunt he advised her of the benefits of making a LPA. His manor was relaxed but very professional
he explained everything to her clearly and made sure she understood each stage of the process. Although she is 90 next year he didn’t treat her like a child as some so often do to an elderly person. In respect of my wife and I his interaction with us was just the same. If anyone needs this kind of advise I would recommend Edward and your company without hesitation.

John Kelly came to our home to assist us with revising our wills. He was immensely thorough in taking us through all the necessary legalities step by step and there were plenty of opportunities for asking questions. At the start of the process John explained that, with our consent, he would be making an audio recording of everything that was said as a safeguard for our intentions. All in all we were very impressed by the care John took to make everything clear, and we would have no hesitation in recommending his services to other potential clients.

We met with John Kelly this week, who dealt with mine and my wife's Will's and POA really professionally and would highly recommend them to friends and family.

They both engaged with the audience in the room and we were very happy with their presence.
