We are all guilty of never “ getting around to it”. I bumped into Paul Quinnel at the Woodcote Steam Rally of all places, saw his banner and thought, yep, need to get someone to do this cos Im not gonna do it any time soon. Granted, costs a few more quid than if you did it yourself but form filling has never been my skill so to pay someone to do it right seemed like a good idea. And you do need to get this right, really right.The Office of the Guardian are a fussy bunch of pedantics and will reject your submission if you fart in the wrong place. LPA and Will sorted in a few weeks ( not much point in doing one without the other ) Could not recommend more highly.

Clive Beesley was the representative from secure inheritance who made our WILLS and POA'S a much simpler procedure than we had anticipated.

Ed Moodie was the man who took care of my wife's and my Will and Powers of Attorney. He sat in our living room and made everything clear (not an easy task - we are both in our 70s).
The back-up service from the office was prompt and as Ed had described it would be.
Free basic wills for our children was an excellent offer, but sadly anything done by parents does not necessarily recommend itself to the next generation.
