Will writing the straightforward way!
Although we are not phased by talking about Wills, Gary (Owen) quickly put us at ease with his pleasant demeanour coupled with his obvious knowledge of the subject. He listened to our thoughts and offered a number of options which would have met our requirements without trying to "push " us towards any particular option i.e the decisions were made by us!

I highly recommend Secure inheritance. Dan was very helpful, explained everything very clearly and offered excellent advice. He explained all of our options so we could make an informed decision that suited our needs best. And the fact he could come to us to discuss everything and complete necessary paperwork made life a lot easier.

Advice on new will
Was recommended to Dan Lion by my son. After an initial discussion by telephone to discuss changing my will this was followed up with a Zoom meeting. Throughout the meeting Dan gave succinct sensible advice and guidance. What impressed me was that he didn't just see this as an opportunity to do a hard sell and try and get me to buy other products that he was able to offer. I am very happy to give Dan a five star review.

Mixed experience
We followed up on an advert in the local Fayre magazine for a basic will in return for a charity donation. The initial experience was positive with the wills sorted relatively promptly with a good service of safe storage and online access, this aspect was really smooth and positive. However the initial will request led to a sales pitch for the setting up of power of attorney and the setting up of trusts as a way of avoiding future care home costs, things we never asked for at costs 10-20 times the initial outlay we intended to have. This was pushed to us several times and even now a few months later we have still been receiving follow up sales calls - usually at the end of the month - for a service we didn’t ask for in the first place. Whilst our advisor has always been polite, we would have preferred to focus purely on the service we asked for.

I cannot fault John Kelly or his approach. From the very first call, he put us at ease. He came to our home and took the time to sit with us, explaining the legal wording in a way that was easy to understand and digest.
