Just had our house done great customer service and top quality windows and doors as expected. Fitter was very professional and cleaned up everything as he worked. Would definitely recommend

From start to finish an absolute great experience. Definitely worth my money.
Spoke to Ricky a few times in regards to sorting a date out around the busy Christmas period . He made sure my high expectations were all fully met.
Not to mention the fitters where absolute sweethearts .
I have mentioned one in particular who went even out of his way for me .
The windows are a game changer for me I'm now able to save money on my Gas bill and can't hear a peep from the out side !

I wish I could give less than 1 star. Salesman is a con, company is a scam. They said they would install my windows within 2 months, it’s been 3 months and still nothing. Called them up, turns out the offer of buy now pay 12 months later was revoked without telling us. Complained, and they just laughed and called me “interesting character”. Avoid like the plague. Probably going to keep my deposit would not be surprised. Rang them again, kept hanging up on me. 3 months later, need to find NEW window guys and start the process all over again. Have an 8 month old who is freezing day and night, but as long as they got our money they don’t care. Please do yourself a favour and avoid entirely!!!

We had a composite door done and we are really please with the work.Fitter arrived on time and done a brilliant job. Even fixed my back door handle. Very tidy and professional. Great Job

The the Representative Shaz was very informative and not at at all pressuring. The fitting went according to plan the fitter was courteous tidy and efficient. There was a slight delay in fitting date mainly due to current virus. But really satisfied with the results thier pricing is fair as we compared with other companies.

Sadly I cannot give less than 1 star, avoid at all costs, took them 6 months to fit 5 windows, they lack work ethic, customer satisfaction is something that they do not work with, fitted scratched windows (kiss your hope of a replacement good bye), foam dropped on laminated flooring resulted in stained floors (your property is their warehouse), window frames are bending like plastic sheets, handles are made from the cheapest plastic. The whole experience was a nightmare!

We had a composite front door and a back door fitted a month ago. Very pleased with the quality of the doors and the fitter did a wonderful job and his attention to detail was excellent and he worked really hard. Shaz the sales rep was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped us make the right choice and decision without any pressure, Shaz was a nice and friendly guy. We would definitely use again!! Had 2 lots of installations.

We had 9 windows 1 back door and a front composite door. The windows and back door took 2 days to fit. The composite door was fitted a week later. We knew this as we was informed that there is a delay in the composite doors. The fitting process for the windows was very smooth. The operatives arrived promptly, were very pleasant and helped move the furniture.
The house immediately felt warmer. We are very happy with the outcome and fully recommend Secure glaze UK.

I had my glazing and front. Door by secure glaze after signing contract I waited about amount for a insulation date so we could plan out life's around it I made constant phone calls leaving messages but it took another two months before I got a reply on the insulation date two fitters arrived at eleven in the morning it took them three days to fit the Windows on the third day they informed me that they did not have the front door I spent the next six weeks waiting for a. New front door continually phoning company in the end I did my own. Fortune they had the cheek to ask for full payment through out this process they would not keep in touch with me I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy

Had Full House of windows and doors plus fascia soffit and guttering.
The windows and door took 2 days to install as we had a new window cut out and lintel installed.
It did take a little longer than we were adviced but we are very satisfied with the end result.

Had a conservatory refurbishment. Secure glaze removed the old conservatory which we had for over 20 years. It was taken down in a day. The new conservatory did take 2 day to install but they left it all air tight. Our conservatory is exactly what we wanted and can definitely feel a big difference. Would definitely recommend.

Had a salesman back in July. Wasn't pushy like the other companies I had. I placed an order and had a surveyor around a week later. Had the 6 windows and a composite door all installed end of August. All done in a day and left clean and tidy.

Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

had a composite door installed recently. It did take a lot longer to install than I was originally told. However, it looks amazing and I am very impressed with the locking system, as this was one of the reasons we had wanted to uprade our door. Thank you Secureglaze.

I just got my whole house double glazed including front door and french doors at the back. I hardly write reviews but felt compled to do so after receiving excellent service from start to finish by this company. When Raj first came to give a quote he was patient with my needs and took all measurements spending time to get accuracy and then installation was a breeze by two great chaps Anthony and Luke. They were always polite and got on with work and completed job on scheduled time and to high standard. I am very happy with the quality of the windows and door. I could not get any quote coming close to this company in my town of Leicester. I will not hesitate to recommend Secure Glaze to anyone looking for good quality product and service - thank you guys once again!

Secure Glaze have done an excellent job of replacing the French Doors in my property. I expected the work to take a very long time, with lots of rubble and noise, and thought I might need to hire a skip to take all the old wood and glass away. Imagine my delight when the job was completed, within an hour or so after the two workers arrived, leaving me with no mess and a perfecty fitted new product.
