I had Secure glaze replace my doors and windows just now an I am very pleased with the service I received from them. The windows are very good in quality and looks really neat. The fitters Hardeep and Adil were absolutely brilliant. Very efficient, knowledgeable, professional, polite and delightful to deal with. It was a very hasslefree experience and I would highly highly recommend them.

We had all our windows, patio doors and our back door replaced over a period of 3 days. The salesman was very good and applied no pressure. He did however make some excellent recommendations like changing the back door to outward opening, changing the priority of opening of the patio doors and reducing the number of opening windows in bay window areas. The ageed price was very reasonable. There was not an overlong delay between order and delivery. Fitting went very smoothly with an experienced and friendly team leader who supervised his 2 co-workers very well. The post fit cleanup and the demonstration of product were both good. Since fitting we have noticed the house is lighter and more comfortable and there is less noise intrusion from outside. Oh, and the company even started the fit on a bank holiday because we could not accept their initial date suggestions.

Excellent windows fitted with much experienced guys. Amazing work and a great customer service. I would recommend them; they are such a class with very excellent attitude towards their work. Thank you.

A very happy customer. Amazing service start to finish, replacing all the windows in a 3-bed semi-detached house with excellent quality windows. The whole team was very friendly and professional from the sales staff, surveyors, installers and the admin team. I would definitely be recommending them to family and friends.

Just have to say top class experience the two guys worked so well got on with doing the best job new doors fitted in tidy up a 100& job dune I say to everybody use this company Shaun

Excellent windows installed professionally by Ionut and his colleague (i apologize but i forgot the name). I rate the whole experience top notch, from the quote to the finished installation. The windows themselves are of very good quality, built to our specifications. Opted for triple glazing towards the noisy street and they have made a difference. I will have to change my front door as well and will be doing this with the same company.

The communication was good, and the fitters were competent. It seems to be a good product (2 windows and a back door). There was some discussion about a stay on the back door but this was eventually resolved and the fitters went and got one and fitted it. The whole job was very reasonably priced (half the price of one other quote we got)>

Secure Glaze and their workmen did a superb job in changing the windows of my my mothers house.
Hardeep and Kasser were very professional and did an immaculate job and left the house spotless behind them.

Excellent service from start to finish, workmen turned up on time and completed the windows very professionally.
Windows are better than expected, great quality and finish. Fitted by Hardeep who did an amazing job with his colleague Kasser. Has made huge difference to heating of our home. Highly recommend and will definitely be using Secure glaze again.

Really horrible experience. The pressure selling of the salesman, made me feel very uncomfortable.
Virtually tried to force me into signing a contract, telling me, if I didn't the cost would be £300 higher as they'd need to return for another visit.

Slagged off competitors and sought to sell me one of the more expensive products, that I actually didn't need!

And... were actually more expensive than 2 outta 3 of my other quotes.

(DENYING they came out to visit. They absolutely did visit - Asian man. Called his manager up whilst in my house, to persuade me they were giving me the best deal)

Really pleased with the new windows we had installed. Lovely team. Did a professional, clean job. House looks great and there’s no longer a draught. Happy with the process form start to finish.

Excellent quality UPVC double glazing windows with Yale locks for very, very reasonable prices!

From sales, to survey to installation it took 10 weeks for an order of 1 bay window (5 windows), 1 French door, 1 large kitchen window, 1 large bedroom window and 1 UPVC front door.

The two installation guys were very professional, friendly, efficient and clean and it took them 1 and half days to fit the windows and doors.

I have 2 more windows to replace in the future, which i will be going back to Secure-glaze.

I have already started recommending Secure-glaze to family and friends and will continue to do so.

Secure Glaze arrived at my property to install a new front door and side windows. The installers were very polite and professional and within 3 hrs the old door was gone and a brand new composite door was in its place.

Absolutely brilliant. The quality of work these lot provide is fantastic. Perfect neat finishes. Defo will be using them again. I had a back and front composite door fitted.

Great start with company, the representative came out at appointed time and day, reviewed windows required, priced up and left it with us, no fuss or sales crap.

Commencing work as arranged, one guy only but he did an amazing job on both windows. Very professional, courteous, meticulous and tidy. Job took two days and not the one that was first arranged but long as the job is done right which it was we all very happy.

Certainly will use again, and recommend highly.

I was very happy with the service I had from secure glaze the staff were lovely Ajish the salesman not pushy at all just wanted to help Ricky the gentleman I spoke to on the phone very helpful and trustworthy and sorted out some problems we had with no problems and the fitters were friendly hardworking and professional and cleaned up after the work they did I would highly recommend thank you Mandy smith

I placed two different orders for the house to have new windows and Porch. I was satisfied with the waiting time and staff was understanding and friendly to talk to , felt like family . Finally I was given a installation date and was so looking forward to it , fitters were very good and professional, especially Nas as he understood my preferences and how I wanted the work to be done , so I was happy with my new windows how they looked . Porch was fitted nicely too and was happy with the work . The only negative experience was a lot of chasing and not being able to talk to the specific staff member in question , other then that I do recommend the company and rate their work to be really good 😊.
