Secure Data Recovery was able to recover 20 years of digital photos from a crashed hard drive that was inadvertently not backed up. They were able to rescue a very important part of my life - my photos!

All of the data that I feared was lost (which gives rise to the question of how many back-ups do you need as this was a back-up drive) was recovered by Secure Data. The service was efficient and just as important keeps you in the loop with where you are in the process at any given time. Rob was the “rep” I dealt with and he was easy and helpful.

Rob Anderson over at Secure Data Recovery Services is great! He is fast and thorough, giving amazing customer service. I Plan on working with him for future data retrieval endeavors for years to come.

The service was good and Rob Anderson made the process really easy. They checked my hard drive to see if they could recover the data for free. They also paid for the shipping to their service center. They only charge if they recover your data.

Rob Anderson was not only extremely efficient in helping me through the data recovery process, he was patient, kind and sympathetic to my situation.
I was trying to determine if I should attempt to have data recovered from my smartphone. Even though I was not a large corporation, Rob took the time, on a number of occasions over a year and a half period, to listen to my predicament and to then walk me through my options. During these eighteen or so months, I was debating spending the money (tight budget) on the data recovery (pictures of my one and only European vacation).
When I finally decided to go ahead and try to have the data recovered, Rob was professional and efficient in getting me the forms and labels that I needed (again) never once acting as though he felt it was a waste of his time since I hadn't followed through on a couple of previous occasions.
Unfortunately, after shipping my phone to Secure Data Recovery it was determined that the data could not be recovered. However, due to the combination of professionalism and human kindness which Rob Anderson displayed in every interaction I had with him, in the event I find myself in a situation requiring data recovery services, I will call Rob Anderson at Secure Data Recovery.

Secure Data Recovery and the data recovery specialist assigned to my case, Rob Anderson, were incredible to work with. Rob answered all of my questions quickly and promptly. The process including authorizing the different steps, payment, to review of results, all the way through to managing and tracking the recovered media was very lightweight and easily managed online. The results were everything I could hope for and it was great value for me. I plan to not need this service again but should I, I will look to Secure Data Recovery first!

They are very professional and they know what they are doing and they do it in the best way. I had a great experience with them and they threated me very well and they recovered every single file of my lost data in my hard drive which was totally out of order and was not working at all and it was making click sound when I would turn on my computer so I thought I lost all my data forever but they helped me and recovered all my data in a timely manner for a reasonable price. My phone did some kind of automatic upgrade/factory reset and I lost all of my text messages. They were not backed up to the cloud although everything else on the phone was there (photos/emails/downloads). I tried everything to recover it, spent hours on the phone with Verizon, reached out to several other data recovery companies (who wouldn't even look at the phone) and everyone told me the data was gone, not retrievable. After returning from a vacation trip, I was reviewing the photos in my 64 GB SD card on my big screen TV. Halfway through the SD card stopped responding and wasn't being recognized. I tried to view the photos using my laptop - but again the SD card was not being recognized. The message I got was asking me to reformat the SD Card. The work was done well within the promised recovery time.

Rob.....I'm looking thru all the files, and all the important ones "that Seagate missed" you guys recovered for me.....I'm almost in tears right now, cause I'm so happy......I can't believe it, .....I thought my files were gone forever, and you got them back for me.....god damn ! I'm so happy right now.......I'm looking at 20 files that I know were lost, and each one of them is there....there was one in particular I thought you didn't get, and guess what ?.....I found it !!!....I remember what you said to me also Rob, when I asked you why you thought you can do better than Seagate recovery....and you told me that they have a set price for recovery....and w/ a set price you only get back a set return....you had an answer for that question, and I'll never forget the confidence I had after you said it......so I went w/ you.....thank you so much.....I truly love you for what you did for me, in getting back my data......I'll never forget it....and I'll always back up my files on other hard drives from here on out, for life......it was a hard lesson, but in the end "Secured Data Recovery" recovered my data and the lesson isn't as painful now.....thank you Rob Anderson....for everything
