You don’t get customer support like this anymore!
I saw this company as an AD on Instagram, usually these kinda stores are based outside the U.K. I was delighted and taken back to see such beautiful items that I could buy without the hidden tax charges etc. When my item came it was absolutely stunning - the pictures don’t do it justice at all - I ordered a geode ring box. Unfortunately though the hinges were rather loose and I wasn’t entirely happy, especially as I was gifting this to someone for a special birthday. I contacted the owner with my concerns and it was swiftly resolved with the upmost wonderful customer service. I can’t fault this company at all and will be more than happy to purchase again from them in future. Customer service response time is super quick, detailed and extremely helpful. Absolutely fantastic and I’d recommend!!

Amazing service
The service from this small business is absolutely amazing. They kept me fully informed of my orders progress and supply delay in such a friendly, pleasant and polite way and I can’t recommend them highly enough. I can’t review the product yet as it hasn’t arrived yet but I will definitely buy from Secret Halo again and you should too. Excellent service. Thankyou x

Faultless service.
We ordered an item I’d seen elsewhere and couldn’t obtain the right sizing for, on a Saturday and were advised that the order would arrive within 3-5 business days from dispatch. Dispatch email arrived at half past 8 the following Monday morning and it was delivered extremely well packaged, first thing Wednesday morning. Extremely prompt and efficient and the item was just as expected and lovely, solid quality. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from here again.
