Second Skin; Last [option]
It is possible the owner of this store will never read this, but if writing this means nobody else has to deal with Chris, it is worth it. My husband bought me a leather jacket at Goodwood. It turned out to be a completely wrong size (bought on the instructions of the shopkeeper, but let us leave this aside). Upon receiving the jacket I got in touch with the shop to exchange this to a more suitable size and spoke to Chris. Chris, clearly not wishing to help at all, told me to send a photo of it to the number I had called (not a mobile, cannot send a photo) and then proceeded to not take my calls for the rest of the day. Not to worry, I shall use the email option on the Second Skin website. Several unanswered emails later, my husband gets hold of another chap called Steve. Steve says to send the jacket back. Registered mail goes off to Newcastle and proof is given to me that it has been received. No response, no update, no communication. I start calling again. Only when I leave a message that I will cancel the purchase and call the police on them, does Chris reappear on the scene from his holiday in Majorca only to let me know that he will send me a jacket when he returns ! Screaming blue murder at me, the Customer, in between his inevitable struggle for the best sunbed and cheap sangria, he hangs up on me without allowing me to say a word.
Do not buy anything from this store. These people do not deserve anyone's custom.
