Impossible to return anything. They just do not respond to any emails or instagram messages. Month down the line and absolutely no contact from them despite multiple emails! Now needing to claim through my credit card.

Impossible to return anything. They just do not respond to any emails or instagram messages. Month down the line and absolutely no contact from them despite multiple emails! Now needing to claim through my credit card.
They just don't reply or respond to anything. The returns process is a ridiculous faff to begin with - as you have to email them and wait "3-4 days" according to their website. Well here I am 7 emails, and nearly a month later and I still haven't heard back. There's no way I can get in touch. They've literally just robbed me...? Scam company - stay away. And the quality is rubbish anyway.
I truly don't get the bad reviews here. I ordered before looking at the reviews, and have to say I was a bit scared.
My order was delivered very fast, and I absolutely love the shirts. They're good quality and they look really good.
I had a problem with my order, because one item was missing. Within a few days I got an email that they were going to me send a new one, but I opted for a refund instead, which was processed right away.
I wanted to leave a comment as their avis are terrible. Took long to come so the delivery is slow, but so far I like everything, consider everything fits and I do not have to return anything but all is quite cool. Bought on sale and this way the value for money is correct. Fits to size.

Returned product as wrong size and then they went silent, kept money and didn’t either send new size or give refund. Thieves
I needed a different size. Charges me CAN$45 to return it. $45! to return it with no responses to multiple messages about exchanging for a new size. $45 to return it that comes out of my refund not to mention the $35 I spent on shipping it to me. So I will lose $70 because it was the wrong size! They do not clearly show their return policy for North America.
Terrible company.
Awful quality for a very high priced top.
And they intentionally keep you in a death loop on their website when trying to return it.

Refunded my item just to relist it for more on their site. Absolute scam
I bought a crop classic rib vest by accident instead one crop racer vest. I emailed them IMMEDIATELY about it since it’s the only way of contacting them. They saw my message 2 DAYS LATER and told me they can’t do anything since it’s already been shipped. 10 DAYS LATER, my parcel arrived. And instead of getting my crop RACER vest, I got 2 crop CLASSIC vests. Emailed them again, no reply at all. Sent a dm on instagram and they asked for my email. No resolution until now. If I could give them a zero, I would. The saving grace was that I was happy with my first purchase up until now where I had to go through customer service.
Absolutely impossible to get in contact with CS. Dispatch was ridiculous, and now the order hasn’t arrived but showing as delivered - will no doubt have to charge back as CS is a nightmare.
They took a month to reply to several emails when returning items. Generally poor customer service and attitude.
Initial order arrived incomplete due to a mix up. However a refund or replacement was offered promptly. No complaints.
Bought from this company, and was a bit hesitant at first reading these reviews however I can't recommend them enough!
Chloe, the customer service person was very prompt, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my shopping experience was seamless. I was a bit unsure of what size to get in there basics. My order arrived very quickly, I did choose DHL Express though.
If you're looking for quality pieces, look no further. I will definitely be returning for more!
They have Shein quality clothing, but present it as luxurious pieces and sell it for that price. They wont take back returns, their terms and conditions are not in line with the law. This company is a scam.
Don't buy from Second Skin. SCAM! They put items on sale then put them back for full retail price so that you can't return the items if they don't fit. They then say it's part of their terms that you can't refund because it was a sale item.

They do not follow online selling protocols in multiple ways. You will end up having to do a chargeback if you want any kind of money back out of them.
Bought a tracksuit in the sale, which didn't fit and I wanted to return it for a full refund (over £150 by the way). The garments were low quality and fit poorly. You can buy similar items from zara for a fraction of the price! And if the clothing wasn't bad enough their customer service is even worse.
The first flag was that the only way you can return to this company is through emailing them. No return slip to download/in the parcel, no address on the website and no returns portal.
The second HUGE red flag is that their 'policy' is no refunds on sale items. Which if you actually look at the LAWS of online selling, this goes against the distance selling act. You can receive a full refund to the original payment method whether it was bought in the sale or not. But they do not want to admit to this and refuse to give me any money back.
After MULTIPLE times of asking for the returns address, they still haven't provided with me the address and told me to proceed with a chargeback...
Absolute FRAUDSTERS that don't follow online selling LAWS. Your rights mean nothing to them...
