Great Experience at Annapolis Show - Excited for My Water Maker!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Seawater Pro’s booth at the Annapolis Boat Show, and I must say, the team was fantastic! Everyone I spoke to was knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to answer all my questions about their water makers. Their professionalism made the buying process smooth and enjoyable.

I just placed my order, and while I’m still waiting for the product to arrive, I’m confident that the water maker will meet my expectations given how thorough and pleasant my experience has been so far. I’ll update my review once the product is installed and running, but based on their customer service alone, I highly recommend Seawater Pro!

Ordered our second system Sept 2024. First system has been performing flawlessly for 5 years and now have ordered a second system for another of my boats. Customer communication is quick and comprehensive. Easily a 5 star rating!

Simple to install and easy of use, this watermaker is a must for the seasoned boater, we are using the 40 gal model since 2 years and it works great, we change the 3 pre filters every 6 months and we are good to go,the back flush is automatically done every 5 days with the simple timer. Any part needed can be purchased at Lowes or Home depot for a fraction of the price,the videos are easy to understand, and any problem,you call the service number and Mike will help you,he knows the watermaker very well since he build it.
Finally a simple and affordable watermaker.

From first contact thru installation Mike Spanos and SewaterPro were knowledgeable, professional and timely. This level of service and quality continued for the years I have had my boat and put many houses on the water maker. On the rare occasion when I needed a part or needed advice they were there. Can’t say enough good things about SeawaterPro.

Je me permets de rappeler mes principaux griefs.
Matériels de mauvaise qualité qui tombent en panne systématiquement. Mauvaise conception du tube porte membrane.
Cout pour 12 mois d'utilisation: 2 membranes 800€ , moteur pompe pression 700€ , pompe gavage 150€ , 2 embouts tube 370€ soit 2020 €.
Je vous laisse juge.

It is great to work with a company that stands behind their product. Mike is very professional and takes care of his customers.

Well I wanted to upgrade from 20 to 40 GPM but the website products didn't list it. But calling the phone number on the page allowed me to talk to a human and place the correct order. The previous Watermaker install took 3 days and works quite well, so wanted to upgrade to more capacitate.

As usual great advice to tech questions and clear commercial info (client for 4 years now)
I could have rated 5 stars. But some « delay » in the emails. Nothing dramatic, but when you are in an emergency situation, you get stressed waiting for a critical advice. I still advise any boater i cross to shop with you for both the good products and great service you get.

Phone was answered by a live person that knew the problem then sent the part from Florida to Grenada in 2 days. Extraordinary service.

This watermaker works great and is simple to understand and use. It's also easy to install and "by boat dollars" very reasonable on price. Previously had a Spectra which cost a lot more money, hardly ever worked, and cost thousands to try and fix. Removed it from the boat to get something reliable.
Seawater Pro is the answer for us. It works!!!
Customer service which is rarely needed is great as well.

My hats off to the folks a Seawaterpro. They reached out to me after I had some concerns about the product and they were able to get me over the hump. No product is perfect but if it’s combined with exceptional customer service that’s what matters most.

The Seawater Pro water maker is definitely a good product and has value for the money! Space is a premium on all boats and the ability to locate the different components of the system in different locations was the only way I could get a water maker to fit on my boat.
