Heel tevreden met mijn bezoek aan Seats and Sofas! Sahar heeft mij super goed geholpen. Ze dacht echt met me mee over mijn interieur en gaf fijn en eerlijk advies. Dankzij haar heb ik precies gevonden wat ik zocht. Echt top service! 🥰

Allemaal mooie praatjes en beloftes maar ze komen helemaal niks waar!
Kiezen we een bank uit spreken een prijs af zodat we het in termijnen kunnen afbetalen ineens gaat die niet omdat we de bank snel willen omdat ik HOOG zwanger ben!!!! Nou met moeite toch tot een overeenkomst gekomen.
Bus gehuurd en mensen geregeld om de bank op te halen.
Geven ze de verkeerde bank mee...
Dag erna terug gegaan om het aan te geven omdat zondag was konden ze niks regelen moesten we maar een mail sturen.
Dit gedaan vandaag gebeld en terug gegaan konden we andere uitkiezen maar niet met wat wij wilde... Kon niks met de prijs gedaan meer worden als we de bank met verlies maar zouden houden.
Vannacht op een matras en luie stoel moeten slapen omdat we op de bank nu niet mee kunnen slapen.
Bed slapen lukt mij niet meer momenteel.

Als we de de goeie bank willen moeten we deze nu op halen in Eindhoven..hoe dan zonder vervoer en mans kracht...
Oude bank terug brengen..... ook hoe dan en anders moeten we er voor betalen slaat toch nergens op is hun fout niet die van ons!
Hoe kunnen jullie dit hoog zwangere aan doen die nog 4 weken moet deze stress kan ik echt niet gebruiken.

Service to buy the sofa was great. The usual game of negotiating where the sofa is in the states and the -insert reason- will cause me to have an exceptional discount. Having finished that little piece of theater we walked out with a deal that is just fine! Part of that deal was a payment plan that would dice the amount in 5 or 6 payments. Here is where the issues begin. The lady at the central cash registry is then actively pretending not to know what the deal is all about and tries to force you to pay the whole amount in be go. Deal is a deal so I find this behavior repulsive. What follow is is a a barrage of calls , mails and text messages at the the agreed payment date plus one day ( since the agreed payment date was coincidentally on a Sunday, the order was processed on Monday. A rather aggressive mail threatening with legal actions was what followed. 2 weeks later the same lady calls me again to ask if it was paid or not. I believe it is her job to check the receivables so she should already know. So one either calls to inform me that the payment has not been received ( not applicable in this case) or to inform me that the sofa is delivered. Other than that stop bothering me. Usual etiquette. Send an email and if there is no response call. Doing everything at the same time is rather disgusting. In short invasion of privacy with absolutely zero grounds to do so. In short she ruined a perfectly good experience to the point where I will surely not buy again from seats and sofas in Heerlen

We rarely leave reviews, let alone bad ones. However, we have found our experience with Seats and Sofas Heerlen extremely disappointing. We are happy with the sofa itself, but the issue is with the lack of customer service we experienced during the purchase, and the cost and very significant trouble generated as a result.

We have a curved staircase and were worried that the sofa would be too large to move through it.

We expressed these concerns to the sales associate that was helping us. They assured us that it wouldn’t be a problem as the sofa can be dismantled into smaller sections. When we asked for the dimensions of the sofa, it was never given to us. We were also not informed of the actual cost of the delivery. We were only informed that there would be a cost.

On the day of delivery, the delivery guys told us that there is no way that the sofa is going through the staircase. Also, they had similar experiences with other customers throughout that whole week. They suggested that we rent a crane, as that would be the only possible way to get the sofa into the living room. So clearly, this isn’t an isolated incident.

All in all, we are frustrated and upset. That could have been avoided were it not for the sales associate leaving out important information and not helping us with making the decision that was right for us.

Was it stupid of us to not ask for the relevant details? Yes. But, this is not how a shopping experience should be. We have also purchased furniture from other stores, and they always warned us and helped us with issues that we couldn’t have anticipated. Were Seats and Sofas to have helped us, we probably would have had a very positive experience.

This is not what an honest business should look like. If someone decides to purchase with them, please do a lot of research beforehand (and pray you get a decent sales associate).

Helaas al 3 weken bezig met een reklamering van een kapotte bank. Steeds weer Foto's sturen en schrijven wat er aan de hand is. Intussen zelf de bank gemaakt moeten ja ergens zitten. Geen rede van een vergoeding of wat dan ook na ieder telefoontje weer een bericht wat er kapot is en Foto's sturen. Zo worden we aan het lijntje gehouden😡. Ik word hier zo moe en boos van. Kleine update na bijna 1 week belofte een schadevergoeding nog steeds niks gezien van het geld. Ben benieuwd of dit ook weer weken gaat duren. Onze gegevens hebben ze dus in deze tijd waar het zo makkelijk is, is het moeilijk geld over te maken. Seats and sofa laat het erg af weten sorry service is bij mij wat anders.

Of de bestelde bank bevalt is nog even afwachten maar onze ervaring tot nu toe is uitstekend. Echt fijne medewerkers bij Seats en Sofa’s Heerlen. En door een misverstand mijnerzijds een paar keer telefonisch contact gehad met Sahar. Wat een vriendelijk en meedenkend meisje is zij.

Werd snel en vakkundig geholpen. Er was onderhandelingsruimte op de prijs. Bank was direct leverbaar. Blij met mijn aankoop.

Fijne samenwerking, nam de tijd om alle opties door te bespreken.

Goede service.... zeer klantvriendelijk en meedenkend.
