My package was unexpectedly sent back, which was a bit strange. I contacted customer service and got a very quick and friendly response.

They helped me straight away and sent my order again without any problems. Really happy with how they handled it. Great customer service.

French buyer. I bought a LP preorder at season of the mist shop. Vinyl was cheap, arrived fast and perfectly packed. Excellent seller.

Primo acheteur sur cette plateforme en avril 2026, je ne peux que louer la qualité de la transaction effectuée. Le traitement de la commande fut rapide et la livraison des vinyles s'est déroulée sans accrocs (colis parfaitement adapté au transport de vinyles fragiles).

I ordered a cd and a record via Bandcamp. I immediately followed up with a message requesting a Saturday delivery, and asked if they could ship the items together as the shipping costs exceeded the cost of the actual items. My message was completely ignored. I received the record but, having just been notified that the cd has been delivered, it is nowhere to be found, so obviously someone has taken it before I got home from work, which is EXACTLY why I requested a Saturday delivery!!! SoM clearly don't care about their customers, all they care about is taking your money. Absolutely disgusting attitude for a supposedly 'underground' record label. Never again.

As per " selling rules and conditions" they state all prices include VAT ( French VAT duties).
I ordered a few items from their shop, its value around €193. Once the shipment arrived in the UK which is no longer an EU country I have to pay British VAT because the declared customs value of the goods is in excess of £135.

I contacted their customer support asking them to find a way to reimburse the French ( EU) VAT for exported outside EU goods either by reimbursement to my bank account or to transfer it as credit for a future order.
I added the exact same items and chose as a destination another country in the EU. The total remained the same meaning there was no change in the VAT duty for intra EU export.
Their customer support claims they do not charge VAT neither to the 27 EU countries nor to the ones outside EU, but if the fiscal authorities of countries outside EU claim VAT duties upon shipment's arrival, it's their choice to do so.
Very curious, you have a shop you sell goods so you have a commercial activity but you don't charge VAT to anyone ...??
How is that legal and in the spirit of the "legality" you claim in your selling conditions when you claim in your selling rules and conditions that it is illegal to declare a lower value customs value but you claim you conduct a commercial activity and you don't pay VAT or you claim your customers do not pay VAT.

For the exported outside EU orders they probably keep the 20% VAT duty as additional interest for their business.

If you reside outside EU avoid this shop, in spite of the great bands they signed in the recent years the way they understand to make profit is ....

The best packed vinyls that i received, it had 4 plastic corners inside and a good size box, fast shipment and very good customer service, ím very happy and i´ll buy again for sure, thanks to Raph and Season of Mist.

Pour couronner le tout, c'est sur ce site que j'ai découvert une pépite du Post Black Metal (DSBM) sur le thème de l'amour et du romantisme, un " One Man Band " Américain qui se prénomme Sadness. L'album c'est : Something Along Our Memories. Magnifique ...

Et moi qui suis un grand amoureux de L' Automne, du Brouillard et de la Brume, ça pouvait pas mieux tomber.

First order was a pleasant surprise. Picked 8 cd's for an attractive price and affordable shipment cost. No automatic payment but a request to make a payment. Then conformed and shipped. Arrived within a few days and exactly at the moment promised. Well packed with a small bonus and a discount for next order. A very pleasant surprise.

Got everything I ordered in perfect condition, shipping 5 days to Europe via UPS. Will order again because they have some interesting selection of bands whose CDs I didn’ t find anywhere else.

Je ne suis pas du tout fan de leur politique de frais de port que je trouve excessive pour de la livraison en point relais. De plus j'ai une commande bloquée depuis septembre à cause d'un vinyle...je n'ai vraiment pas apprécié les explications données et surtout le manque de flexibilité par rapport à ce problème. Prix assez élevés comparé à d'autres labels. Je préfère nettement l'aspect plus familial de lables comme Listenable, Adipocere, Osmose ou encore Frozen records. Je suis un gros consommateur de vinyles mais je passerai mon tour pour ce label à compter de 2024.

Der Kundenservice ist wirklich hervorzuheben. Die Antwortzeit ist sehr schnell und sie sind freundlich, hilfsbereit und vor allem ehrlich.

Ich hatte mehrere Artikel vorbestellt.
Ein Artikel konnte nicht zum genannten Datum geliefert werden.
Ich kontaktiert den Shop und erhielt schon kurze Zeit eine Antwort.
Wir einigten uns den Artikel gegen einen gleichwertigen Artikel auszutauschen. Ca 2 Tage später wurde meine Bestellung versendet.
Die Verpackung war sehr sorgfältig und alle Artikel entsprachen der Beschreibung.
Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Shop!

The accidently sent me the wrong T-shirt. When I told them, they were incredibly polite and sent me the correct one right away. I would gladly buy from them again.

I ordered a print on demand women's v-neck tshirt and it arrived very quicky, good fabric and awsome design. I'll order stuff from them ( french store) again.

Great record label and webshop, also fast international delivery. I used the international webshop for vinyls and shirts.

Do not trust this company. The owner of this company is a liar.

He signed off his packaging and then when it arrived damaged he lied to ebay to get a refund. He is a disgrace.
