Knew survey was happening today, just didn't know a time it was happening at, which would have been helpful, as it made surveyor late for another appointment. Surveyor was very efficient and polite.

As a first time buyer the concept of surveyors made me nervous but I honestly shouldn’t have been. From the very beginning the team offered me endless support and were quick to respond. The pricing compared to other quotes received was brilliant. On the day of the survey Paul Fieldson called me on his way to the property to go through what would be happening and to see if I had any concerns he also said he would be available to speak to and to call him at any time to speak through the report. And he was true to his word! I received the report within hours which flagged a couple of concerns which Paul explained in detail for me when I called later that day. Paul was truly a professional and that no question was too silly - thank you Paul. I highly recommend SDL and Paul and will be doing so to friends and family. Thank you.

After having a survey done previously with Paul Fieldson. There was only one person I would go back to for another survey to be done. As like previous survey. Paul was efficient, professional and very through as before. Booking was very simple and the pricing was very good. The report was done on the same day to avoid any delays on my house purchase.
